Chapter 797: Chapter 797 The aning of Existence_1
The woman he adored staring at him in a daze was undoubtedly heart-stirring; Alexander couldn’t resist, and he pinned her down on the bed, kissing her endlessly.
Desire ignited in an instant.
Although Purple had stopped resisting these advances, she couldn’t help but complain about Alexander’s unheralded frenzy.
“You’re being improper again!” she said, pushing against his chest.
“It was you who seduced first!” Alexander breathed heavily, reaching to undress her.
Purple couldn’t prevail over him and had to reluctantly go along with his antics.
...
Afterward, while cleaning up the ss, Alexander wanted to help her wash, but she disdainfully pushed him aside.
“Why can’t you learn from your dad?” she complained, biting her lip and feeling quite depressed.
She used to think such platonic love was her own foolish fantasy, sothing that couldn’t possibly exist, but now she knew Atra and Old Master Sumrs’ love story.
Turns out, pure and beautiful things do exist in this world; it’s just that people who’ve wallowed in filth for too long believe that everything else is filthy too.
“Learn from him? For what?” Alexander laughed. “It’s not that he doesn’t want to, he just can’t.”
“I’m going to tell mom you spoke about Old Master Sumrs like that!” Purple said.
“Did I say anything wrong?” Alexander countered. “If he truly had no desires, how did all those sons co bouncing out?”
Purple was left speechless by his rebuttal.
Old Master Sumrs’ life could be described as flirtatious; he had countless confidantes. In his youth, he acquiesced to a family-arranged marriage and wed a lady of noble birth. Tragically, this noble lady passed away a few years after giving birth to Dylan. At forty, Old Master Sumrs married the young and beautiful popstar Janelle Roberts, and they had a second son, Clyde. When he got older and illness besieged him, Janelle used underhanded thods to bear him a third son, Nathaniel. A little over a year later, Atra gave birth to his fourth son, Alexander…
Surely a lively household.
Alexander held Purple in his arms, his chest strong and robust, warm and comforting.
“Look, they were all born for you,” Alexander assured her, certain in his tone. “You are the reason they exist.”
“But I don’t want that kind of aning…” Purple lants, on the verge of tears.
He always had the nerve to spout the sweetest yet most shaless words.
Cleaned up, Purple and Alexander lay lazily on the bed, neither of them wanting to move.
She whispered to him about Jane’s plan to go abroad.
After listening, Alexander suggested, “Since you two are so close, why don’t you accompany her on the flight? You can see her off and take the chance to travel, enjoy so sights.”
Purple scoffed, “School’s about to start, why would I go on a trip? Besides, Jane will be busy settling into her new school and making new friends; what fun would I have there all by myself?”
Alexander didn’t press her, and he just kissed her soft hair without saying another word.
But Purple grew suspicious.
Why would he want her to travel all of a sudden?
He usually couldn’t stand to be apart from her for even 24 hours; why was he being so generous today, willing to let her travel abroad alone?
Many things would pass by without second thought if one didn’t care.
However, once concerned, one would ponder and the more they thought, the stranger it seed.
She rembered when she encountered Zack Wallace at the doorstep, his slight motion trying to conceal sothing with his clothes; but she had already tried the clothes on and couldn’t find anything amiss.
If there was nothing wrong with the clothes, could there be sothing wrong with the retirees eting?
Purple couldn’t help but ask, “Are you trying to get rid of ? Has sothing happened? Is it related to the retirees eting?”
She hit the nail on the head, causing Alexander to catch his breath for a mont.
However, that slight disturbance soon faded away, like a bird skimming across the surface of a lake, disappearing before one could take notice, leaving only faint ripples behind.
“You’re too sensitive,” Alexander said, pulling her closer into his embrace.
