“The 11th was the day before yesterday, whereas the 2nd is over a week ago. If the witness cannot even rember the events of the 11th, ladies and gentlen, is his testimony regarding the 2nd credible?” Marcel Jefferson responded with a smile.

Jared Curtis replied, “There’s surveillance footage at our factory. When the police ca to ask questions, I checked the video, so I know that there were no cars passing by that day.”
