Ryan Wesley called Zara Jason, “I’ve received an ergency mission. We’re heading to Spring River for the rescue operations. Zara, I will visit you later, don’t be mad…”
Zara’s heart panicked, and she gripped her phone to ask him, “Why do you have such a mission? Aren’t you at the police academy? Do you have to participate in the rescue, too?”

Knowing he wasn’t going directly into the disaster zone, Zara relaxed a bit, but still feeling unsettled, she held the phone tight and said, “Can I be selfish for once, please? Don’t go into the disaster area, just stay on the outer periter to help, okay?”
Ryan agreed, and it seed soone was hurrying him on his end, he rushed, “We’re about to depart. Zara, I’ll call you when I get there!”
Before Zara could reply, Ryan had already hung up the phone.

“Everyone, look at the news.” Purple Sumrs held up her phone to alert them.
The online news was constantly updating—
Military districts across the country had deployed rescue teams and dical squads; the Red Cross and various private charitable organizations were collecting donations for the disaster area; students from dical schools and the police academy had also organized volunteer groups to rush to the disaster area.
Purple Sumrs called Alexander Sumrs, and the call took a long ti to connect.

Purple Sumrs, supporting her belly, slowly returned to her room and lay down in bed, unable to fall asleep right away.
One mont she was wondering how Alexander’s organized rescue team was progressing, another mont she worried if Ryan was facing any danger rushing to the disaster area.
Eventually, she fell asleep and had a night of chaotic dreams. The next day, she woke up to find Alexander lying next to her, and Purple imdiately felt at peace.
Purple leaned over and kissed him.
Alexander, half-asleep, drew her into his arms with his eyes closed, “Stop it, let sleep a bit longer…”
