Chapter 1069: Chapter 1069: Answering Journalist Questions_1 Chapter 1069: Chapter 1069: Answering Journalist Questions_1 The court hearing ended, and as they left the courtroom, reporters sward towards them.

“Mrs. Sumrs! What are your thoughts on winning this lawsuit?”

“What impact will this victory have on the future developnt of the Sumrs Group? Mr. Sumrs, please, your thoughts!”

“Did you expect today’s victory?…”

Question after question ca, and Alexander, surrounded by bodyguards, led Purple directly to the car.

But Purple stopped.

“I hope…” Purple replied to the question of a reporter from earlier, “I hope that the public will view the gambling industry more objectively. And to the youths whose values are still taking shape, I want to remind them that just because the casino won the lawsuit, it doesn’t an that gambling is right. Addicted to gambling can ruin your future and beco a negative energy and destabilizing factor in society, which we must be alert to.”

The reporter was ecstatic inside, unable to believe that Purple would actually answer the question, imdiately extending the microphone further!

“Mrs. Sumrs, you ntioned youth education. Will the casino make any adjustnts in this regard in the future? Will you control the developnt of the industry because of the harms of gambling?”

“Our casino has always refused entry to minors under the age of 18,” Purple answered solemnly, “Our custor base has always been the wealthy and middle class, guiding them to spend more on the surrounding services, promoting societal employnt and service industry developnt.”

“So do you think the casinos under the Sumrs Group have more public benefits than harms to society?” asked the reporter again.

“That’s a societal dilemma that can’t be compared,” Purple said seriously with her sowhat youthful face. “It’s not just the Pearlpoint casino; in fact, casinos worldwide, including Monaco, Atlantic City, Las Vegas… these globally renowned casinos, also hope to make foreigners the primary consurs of their country’s gambling industry to reduce the negative impact of gambling on their own society.

Foreign gamblers are also the largest custor group of the Pearlpoint casino. In the future, we will focus on developing Pearlpoint’s tourism, shopping, and vacation industries centered around the gambling industry.”

Purple said a lot, and the reporters turned their gaze towards Alexander.

“Mr. Sumrs, do you have anything to say about the future developnt of the Sumrs Group?”

Alexander smiled and said just one sentence, “We listen to the Mrs.”

Everyone laughed.

Purple also showed a bashful smile.

The couple stood by the car and let the reporters take a few photos together before finally getting into the car.

Alexander was in excellent spirits, scooping Purple into his arms, “Wife, speaking publicly was really good, ‘our’ casino, ‘our’ custor base.”

Purple blushed and hit him lightly, “Your casino, your custor base!”

Alexander laughed, catching her little fist and kissing it gently, “All yours.”

Having won the lawsuit, both were in good spirits.

After returning ho, Alexander cooked a few dishes himself, which Purple thoroughly enjoyed.

She liked it this way. Compared to a servant’s cooking, Alexander’s dishes were more to her liking and gave her the feeling of ho. Although Alexander’s cooking skills were only average, he managed to make those few French dishes he specifically learned rather well.

“Does it taste good?” Alexander asked.

Purple nodded with curved eyebrows and eyes.

Alexander then asked her with a smile, “Do you know why it tastes good?”

Rembering his shaless nature, Purple’s bright eyes twinkled with a sly spark as she asked, “Because it contains your love?”

Alexander laughed out loud, pinching her face, “Because you love ! Even if the dish is burnt, you’d still think it tastes good!”

Purple chewed thoughtfully, and there did seem to be a hint of a burnt taste!

“You, you’re impossible!…” Purple bit her lip and glared at him.

At that mont, Alexander’s phone rang.

He answered the call with a neutral expression.

“Hmm, as long as he’s been dispatched, don’t let Jeremy Jennings’s people detect any trace.”
