With neither the high attack power of fire-type spirit arts nor the excellent healing effects of wood-type spirit arts, water-type spirit arts occupied a middle ground.

Suddenly, Amalia rembered sothing and imdiately took out the spoils Kenny Lin had given to her yesterday.

There were a few shimring beads in the large bag. This bead was called spirit beads, it said to be one of the circulating currencies among spirit cultivators. Apart from their use in trade, spirit beads could also be used for cultivation.

Amalia didn’t know how valuable these beads were, but since even the notorious Accacia Duo only obtained a few of them. They must have been quite valuable.

While most people would handle these items with extre care, Amalia didn’t hesitate to use them for cultivation.

To her, no amount of wealth was more important than enhancing her strength. Otherwise, who could guarantee that she wouldn’t beco soone else’s cannon fodder in the future?

Sensing the fluctuation of spiritual energy emanating from the bedroom, Kenny Lin’s lips curled into a pleased smile.

Get stronger! The more stronger you are, the better!

Early the next morning, Amalia stepped out of her room and found Kenny Lin sitting cross-legged on the spacious balcony, he seemingly had been maintaining that posture for quite so ti.

"Have you been practicing since last night?" Amalia furrowed her brow, vaguely sensing that the door to the bedroom hadn’t been opened since last night.

Kenny Lin raised a leg, glanced back at her, and said, "Congratulations."

Amalia paused, and about to thank him, when suddenly she heard her communicator rang.

Surprisingly, it was from Carlos.

Since their last conversation, where she had encouraged him, Carlos had started secluding himself, andnstriving to improve his strength. They hadn’t been in contact for so ti.

"What’s up?" Amalia thought it might be sothing important.

Carlos awkwardly adjusted his hair, "Sister Amalia, it’s been a while."

"Not that long. What’s the matter?" Amalia inquired.

"Sister Amalia, have you not checked the Red Espiritual Net backstage for a long ti?" Carlos asked in a low voice.

"Soone had found and sent a lot of ssages..."

"It has been a while," Amalia admitted.

After selling off the remaining few artifacts, she’d focused on repairing real-world artifacts for people and hadn’t paid attention to the Red Espiritual Net anymore.

"Who told you to look for ?"

Carlos was about to speak when Amalia interrupted, "I’ll call you back later. I have another call."

Carlos nodded blankly, and the communication was cut off.

Amalia frowned at the new incoming call. After considering the timing, she walked to the balcony and answered.

"Uncle, what’s the matter for you to seek out?"

The figure on the holographic screen was unmistakably Arthur. He was wearing the usual affectionate expression, and revealing no signs of anything unusual.

"Amalia, it’s been a while since last ti you ca back. How about you coming over this afternoon? Let’s have a good gathering between niece and uncle, and also talk about the upcoming school matters," Arthur suggested.

Amalia’s expression remained unchanged. She said: "I have plans for today."

"Ah, plans... that’s inconvenient then. Uncle really wants to see you. Since you moved out, eting you once is even more difficult than eting your foster parents," Arthur sighed.

Amalia narrowed her eyes slightly, she can feel the underlying threat in Arthur’s words.

If she didn’t go to the Rodriguez family, would they target her foster parents?

"I understand, Uncle. I’ll see you this afternoon," Amalia responded calmly.

"Good, that’s my good niece," Arthur nodded his head while smiling warmly, before he cutting off the communication.

Amalia gazed intensely towards the end of the sky. She know that this matter would eventually co to light. She wasn’t entirely unprepared psychologically, but with about ten days left before the school started, Arthur’s sudden move seed a bit rushed.

Had sothing unexpected happend?

"Father, what do you think? Can Amalia detect any issues?" Alex imdiately inquired as soon as the communication ended.

"Are you certain the person you saw that day was her? Is the information accurate?" Arthur’s expression was unpredictable.

"Of course, it’s true!"

Grace couldn’t contain herself.

"Both my brother and I saw it with our own eyes. Later, we secretly followed and inquired about it, only to find out that Amalia had been hiding so much from us. She’s actually an artificer!"

"Yes, Father. When Amalia suddenly suggested moving out, it was definitely to keep her secret from us."

Alex felt like his heart was gnawed by jealousy, how could that b*tch be an artificer?

Arthur’s face remained as calm as water, but his fingers tapped the table more urgently, indicating his growing unease.

Alex and Grace who saw this and secretly rejoiced. It would be strange if they couldn’t get rid of Amalia this ti.

Everything that their Father detested, Amalia encompassed it.

"Besides her being an artificer, what else did you find out?" Arthur’s face darkened, his voice simring with anger.

Leaning forward, Grace said, "She sets up a stalls, and repairing artifacts for others. I heard that many people seek her out for repairing their artifact."

Arthur snorted coldly. "So, she’s quite capable in the artificery field?"

This was one of the reasons why Alex was nearly driven mad with jealousy. Amalia was an artificer, it’s stil fine, but it turned out she had considerable on it talent as well.

Not all families had artificers, and not every family could produce a skilled one. Ultimately, talent was the most crucial factor. A talented artificer had a promising future; they would be esteed wherever they went, far superior even to spirit cultivators.

Alex cald down and said calmly, "Father, Amalia clearly hides the fact that she’s an artificer, she obviously doesn’t trust us, and probably she has already distanced herself from the Rodriguez family."

Arthur glanced at him. "She has been attending Heavenly Path University for a month, and you both never noticed it?"

The expressions of the siblings imdiately changed.
