Amalia and Kenny Lin had fifteen silver tokens combined, equal to 150 black tokens. They also had four crystal tokens, which couldn’t be directly traded but could be ’given up.’

She was ready to give Jirandai Tang’s team all the tokens they could spare, as long as she and Kenny Lin kept the two gold ones.

"You’re really planning to give these to us?" Jirandai Tang asked. "It’s a shared opportunity, after all. Even if you don’t use it on martial uncle, one of us might still need it."

"If we keep them, they’re just taking up space. Why not put them to better use?" Amalia replied.

"Well, just in case sothing goes wrong, it’s better for you to hold onto a few."

It was clear that Jirandai Tang was concerned that if Kenny Lin lost, they’d have given away both gold tokens and be left empty-handed.

"There’s no ’in case.’ He’s stronger than you think. You’ll see soon enough," Amalia assured him. Kenny Lin had spent four grueling months training on the Wild West Continent, so she couldn’t imagine he hadn’t improved.

If she fought Jiheon Yang, she could likely beat him, though it would co at a cost that she didn’t feel was worth it. So she’d chosen to ignore him instead.

Amalia handed Jirandai Tang every token they could ’give up,’ keeping only one crystal token for herself. Due to the rules, this one couldn’t be handed over.

The sight of it made the crowd stir.

"What is the Green Lotus Sect thinking, giving two gold tokens to a disciple in the middle Sould Formation stage?" Jiae Yao looked on, stunned.

"Could the Green Lotus Sect be trying to break the rules?" Jiheon Yang asked with a dark expression. He’d been planning to challenge Amalia, only to see her hand over all her tokens.

The Green Lotus Sect was a powerful group with many strong mbers. Once they entered Path of All Immortals, few others would be stronger than them. If they worked together, it’d be hard for others to take the gold tokens from them.

"They must know breaking the rules would have consequences!" Hori Cheng from the Beast Tar Valley said coldly.

"This isn’t a wise choice," said Yunse Qiao from the Light Demon Sect Sect, shaking his head. "Even if the Green Lotus Sect uses its single challenge opportunity, no regular contenders will dare to challenge him for the remaining two tis. It just doesn’t make sense."

"Could there be sothing special about this disciple? I rember Rani Huang ntioning that two of the Green Lotus Sect’s disciples are incredibly talented."

"No one’s that talented. Who could go from Nascent Soul to the Soul Formation stage in less than a year?" said one of his peers, giving him a skeptical look.

"True."

"Xinyue, what do you think about the Green Lotus Sect’s strategy? Do you think they’re doing this on purpose?" Jiae Yao, who usually looked casual, asked with a serious and calm expression.

Dayeon Xinyue gazed at them thoughtfully. "Did you notice that Jirandai Tang and Taeseon Lei seed to show a bit of respect to that person, as if the one standing before them was more like a senior than a peer?"

"So, you noticed that too. I thought it was just ," Jiae Yao admitted, having wondered if he was seeing things.

"That reminds of a certain rumor about the Green Lotus Sect," Dayeon Xinyue said in a low tone.

Jiae Yao’s eyes narrowed. "You an the disciple of Master Lian?"

"That’s right."

"Wait!" Kailash Ren exclaid, interrupting them and attracting her two senior sisters’ attention. She said awkwardly, "Did I never tell you? Back at the Double Cavern Secret Realm, the Green Lotus Sect’s Sect Leader called him Martial Uncle in public."

Jiae Yao pulled Kailash Ren closer with an arm around her shoulder. "No, you didn’t ntion that, because you were totally swept away by that little girl."

Kailash Ren blushed deeply. "No, I just... didn’t realize who he was."

"All right, no need to explain. We can talk about it later," Jiae Yao said, turning seriously to Dayeon Xinyue. "With only two gold tokens left, regular contenders and smaller factions won’t dare challenge him. But for soone in the peak Soul Formation stage, the chances of challenging him are still high."

"You’re wrong. We’re won, so our chances are even higher," Nari Yin said confidently.

Most of people assud female cultivators were weaker than males. So, if an opponent wanted an easy win, they’d likely pick a woman.

"To be safe, Jiae Yao, join in challenging him," Dayeon Xinyue said as she glanced at Kenny Lin, who stood calmly, unfazed under the watchful eyes of the crowd. "If he really is Master Lian’s disciple, he likely has real skill. We can’t take him lightly. If he picks either of us, go all out as soon as we start."

"Understood." Jiae Yao nodded firmly.

Seeing that the Green Lotus Sect was really going to let a mid-level Soul Formation disciple guard two gold tokens, mbers of other sects started making plans.

"This will be the worst decision the Green Lotus Sect has ever made," Seonho Ming said coldly.

"Jirandai Tang and Taeseon Lei don’t even have the courage to face us," Jiheon Yang sneered, casting a glance at Amalia beside him. "They’re probably afraid of the Eternal One Sect."

"They think handing the gold token to a middle Soul Formation stage disciple ans we won’t get a chance, don’t they? If they dare oppose the Eternal One Sect, they better be prepared to leave Path of All Immortals with nothing," sneered Hwejong Xiong with a smirk.

"One of those two challenge opportunities will be the Eternal One Sect’s," Temujin Lei remarked as he cleaned his blade, his expression sharp and intense, exuding an intimidating aura.

Everyone could feel the Eternal One Sect’s firm determination. If they didn’t let the Eternal One Sect get its way today, or if they managed to defeat them outright, there’d be no end to this conflict.
