"Yes, I’m planning to go into seclusion starting tomorrow. If there’s nothing else, I’ll head out first." Eunbyeol Ling, being the only female genius from the Green Lotus Sect participating in the Path of All Immortals, was highly valued by the sect.

"We won’t bother you, then. You can ask about it after your seclusion," the girl in the pink dress said considerately.

Eunbyeol Ling patted her head and then left.

At the sa ti, Amalia and Kenny Lin had just t with Arasen Xiao, who was leading them to the back of the main peak.

Arasen Xiao had been studying the sect leader’s insights on formations for a while now and seed to have made a breakthrough, he looked energetic and full of energy.

"Congratulations!" Amalia imdiately noticed that not only had he gained new insights, but his cultivation had also advanced.

"Sa to you, sa to you," Arasen Xiao said cheerfully, not at all bothered that their cultivation had also improved. "Is Junior Master Uncle coming too?"

"Yes. Is it okay to add one more person?" Amalia had been planning to ask him about this.

Arasen Xiao quickly responded, "Of course, it’s fine. The formation is already set up, so one more person won’t change anything. But even though the formation is ready, I’m not sure if the sect leader will agree."

Amalia smiled, "That shouldn’t be a problem."

"Do you think there’s a problem?" Kenny Lin asked Arasen Xiao with a smile.

Arasen Xiao shook his head and didn’t dare say anything more. Although he hadn’t had much contact with Kenny Lin, the brief eting made him feel that this wasn’t soone to ss with.

When they reached the back of the main peak, they were led in by one of Elder Bon’s disciples. After a short while, they finally saw Elder Bon.

A pair of eyes that seed cloudy but were actually very sharp quickly locked onto the two of them. Under that gaze, it felt like they had nowhere to hide.

"Greetings, Elder Bon," Amalia t Elder Bon’s eyes and bowed slightly.

Kenny Lin also greeted him while glancing back at the elder. It was clear they were related, right? Elder Bon, like his grandson Baolin Jia and Peak Master Bon, was chubby—not extrely fat, but definitely round and soft-looking man.

"Do you think we all look alike?" Elder Bon asked with a chuckle.

"You have similar builds, but your faces are a bit different," Kenny Lin responded naturally.

"Like everyone says, you’ve got guts," Elder Bon smiled and shook his head. "So, you want to study the Heavenfall Annihilation Formation too?"

"Why not?" Kenny Lin asked, not acting particularly arrogant.

"It’s not that you can’t, but do you even understand it? You specialize in swordsmanship, so you probably haven’t studied formations much. You might not get much out of this. Instead of wasting ti before the Path of All Immortals, it might be better for you to focus on your cultivation. You could even make another breakthrough." Elder Bon kindly advised.

"You have a good eye, Elder Bon," Kenny Lin replied with interest.

"If I didn’t have a good eye, my grandson wouldn’t have co to you for investnts," Elder Bon said, smiling. He clearly knew about Baolin Jia’s investnt plans with them.

Baolin Jia had asked his father to vouch for him, and Peak Master Bon must have told Elder Bon about it.

"It’s a sha my grandson isn’t more like you," Elder Bon said, looking at Amalia.

Amalia could understand his thoughts. For two generations, their family had been experts in formations, but Baolin Jia refused to follow in their footsteps and chose to go into business instead, slling like money all the ti.

Although Amalia didn’t specialize in formations, her dedication to studying them was sothing few people could match.

"If you feel this way, why don’t you make him co back and study formations?" Amalia asked.

Elder Bon shook his head. "If his heart’s not in it, how far could he really go? Forcing him to study sothing he doesn’t like would only insult the art of formations. I’d rather he not touch formations at all."

"You’ve thought this through, Elder Bon. We’ll rely on your help from here," Amalia said, bowing slightly.

"Haha, no trouble at all. Elder Tan is the one who provided the spirit stones to activate the formation."

"I know about that. I’ll make sure to thank the Sixth Elder when I see him," Amalia replied.

"No need to thank him. He owes you both, actually. If it weren’t for the Eight Stars Of Heavenly Jade Flower you gave him, he wouldn’t have been able to make that Life Restoration Heavenly Pill. He should be the one thanking you," Elder Bon said as he activated the formation.

With a wave of his hand, the two of them were instantly transported inside before they could say anything else.

As soon as they stepped into Elder Bon’s domain, they had entered a simplified version of the Heavenfall Annihilation Formation.

Elder Bon sipped his spirit tea and watched their reactions through a bronze mirror. "Let’s see how much you two can learn in such a short ti."

Arasen Xiao felt a little envious, but it wasn’t sothing he could have. The connections alone were beyond his reach.

"Keep working hard. If you can win a good place in next year’s inner sect competition, you might get to co here and learn too," Elder Bon’s voice suddenly echoed.

Arasen Xiao was startled. Although Elder Bon wasn’t looking at him, the ssage was clearly ant for him. His heart raced with excitent as he bowed, saying, "Thank you, Elder. I’ll take my leave now."

Elder Bon gave him a brief nod.

Arasen Xiao quickly left, trying to contain his excitent. This recent period of ti had felt more surreal than ever. Things he hadn’t even dared to dream of before were suddenly happening so easily, he couldn’t help but wonder if all of this was real.
