Amalia took the golden inner core, which looked similar to the inner core of the Black Star Beast.
"Did you break through?" she asked while putting the core away and looking at him.
Kenny Lin responded obediently, "Not yet, just a little more to go. I’ve absorbed ninety percent of the spiritual vein, only a thin layer is left. It should be gone soon. Your son is still inside."
Amalia walked to the spiritual vein and saw Wealth lying at the bottom, his body rising and falling.
The energy of the spiritual vein was automatically entering his body in large amounts.
Normally, a person would be overwheld by such an intake, but it showed no reaction, absorbing it like a bottomless pit.
"Will absorbing this much energy be harmful to its body?" Amalia asked worriedly.

Amalia frowned, "This isn’t a sustainable solution. We don’t know if it’s good or bad."
Kenny Lin replied, "What else can we do except of waiting?"
"I’ll look for more information later and see what’s going on," Amalia said, "There are many books in my storage ring that I haven’t read yet. Maybe they contain more detailed descriptions about Wealth. For now, we should leave this place. The Black Crested Gorilla is dead, and other demonic beasts or nearby human cultivators will surely co here."
"Even if they co, I can..." Kenny Lin started to say but stopped as Amalia stared at him expressionlessly.
He quickly covered his mouth.
He wouldn’t say anything more.
Amalia felt sowhat satisfied as she lifted Wealth out of the spiritual vein, which was now more like just a pit.
The energy inside was almost depleted, so even if soone ca, they wouldn’t get much benefit from it.
Shortly after they left, the demonic beasts lurking nearby rushed into the spiritual pool’s ravine, heading straight for the spiritual vein.
When they found it was nearly empty, they didn’t hesitate and dove in.
Even a little bit of energy was better than nothing, especially since they normally wouldn’t have any chance to get even that.
The ravine where the spiritual vein was located beca a battlefield, with constant sounds of fighting and explosions.
The thick fog in the sky swirled violently, mixed with dust rising from the ground.
Ajit Wan watched from nearby for a long ti.

But who had won?
Was it Erod and his companions, or the Black Crested Gorilla?
He hoped both sides had been severely injured.

This ant that Erod and his companions were the ones who had ultimately won.
"But if they really killed the Black Crested Gorilla, they must have paid a heavy price. They might be exhausted by now. If I go over there at this mont, I might actually be able to get my revenge, kill them, and take back the spiritual vein."

"Strange, why are there no bodies? There are a lot of bloodstains on the ground. Did the demonic beasts win and take the gorilla’s body with them?"
Ajit Wan’s face changed.
The more he thought about it, the more plausible it seed.
He anxiously looked towards the spiritual vein.
It was so large; how could they have dealt with it so quickly?
At that mont, several sharp beams of light descended from the sky.
The sharp beams instantly engulfed the demonic beasts in the spiritual vein pit and shredded them to pieces.
The nearby demonic beasts were terrified and scattered in all directions, and soon the demonic beast horde retreated.

Recognizing the familiar aura of soone he knew, Ajit Wan called out joyfully, his gaze locking onto a white-robed young man standing on a rock.
