Ever since understanding Amalia’s goals, Minister Sharif had realized that everything they did for the Draconis Empire was ultimately about faith.

To prevent any chance of the extraterrestrials going back on their word, the Emperor sent people to the Gilded Fang Hall multiple tis, urging them to confirm when they could start transporting the materials.

Miralles left Xiano to take care of Jai and took the team up the next day to move the materials.

As he watched crates of materials being carried off the battleship one after another, Miralles chose not to look.

Out of sight, out of mind—it was less painful that way.

If he had known things would turn out like this, he never would have deliberately had their giant battleship dock above Planet Veloxia upon arrival.

Maybe then that man wouldn’t have set his sights on their materials.

But no amount of regret could turn back ti.

No matter how bitter the loss, he could only swallow it.

In less than half a day, all the materials from the battleship had been completely moved.

Not a single piece was left behind.

Only after this was done did the Draconis Empire’s transport ships finally depart.

They had arrived with a fully stocked battleship, but in just one day, all their hard work had vanished.

If not for his strong ntality—and the lingering fear of Kenny Lin’s power—Miralles might have gone mad.

Dragging his heavy steps back to the Gilded Fang Hall, he was imdiately t by Jai, who had recovered considerably.

"How did it go?" Jai asked the mont Miralles walked in.

Miralles’s expression was dark. "What do you think? Of course, they took everything."

Jai who is enraged, slamd his fist against the table.

They actually dared to do it!

Those lowly people of the Draconis Empire had actually dared to take everything that belonged to them!

"And the other supplies?" Xiano asked.

"They’re still here," Miralles sighed, offering the only bit of reassurance he could.

Luckily, they had stored so resources in their spatial rings.

Otherwise, with the Draconis Empire’s locust-like efficiency, they wouldn’t have been able to keep anything at all.

"I will make him pay for the humiliation I suffered yesterday sooner or later!" Jai swore, burning with rage.

"You really need to work on your temper. If you hadn’t been so impulsive this ti, you wouldn’t have given them an excuse to act against you."

Miralles wiped a hand across his face.

Jai looked a little embarrassed at being scolded. "How was I supposed to know that a tiny empire like Draconis would be hiding such powerful figures?"

"Precisely because we didn’t know, we shouldn’t have acted recklessly! Haven’t you heard the saying—there is always a sky beyond the sky? There’s always soone stronger than you outside there!"

Miralles snapped, clearly frustrated.

"Then why didn’t you stop at the ti?" Jai retorted, both ashad and annoyed.

Miralles’s temper flared instantly. "What, are you a three-year-old? Do I have to hold your hand and guide you every single ti?"

Jai wanted to argue further, but Xiano shot him a glare.

"Your mistake is your own. Don’t try to shift the bla onto others. None of us saw this coming, but in the end, it happened because you were too impulsive."

Seeing Jai at a loss for words, Miralles finally felt a little better.

Elsewhere, after gathering the finest craftsn in the entire empire, Amalia’s statue was finally completed.

Two days later, early in the morning, the captain of the guards arrived to formally invite her and Kenny Lin to see it.

When they entered the forr banquet hall, their attention was imdiately drawn to the massive, five-ter-tall statue at the center, still covered with a large red cloth.

The Emperor stood beside the statue, personally instructing the craftsn to adjust the surroundings.

For an Emperor to work so hands-on like this—surely, he was the first in history to do so.

"Ms. Amalia and Mr. Kenny, you’ve arrived," the Emperor said with a beaming smile when he saw them.

"The statue is finished already?" Amalia had expected it to take at least a month.

"It’s done! I gathered all the most skilled craftsn in the empire. Each group worked on a different section, so it only took a few days. How could we let Ms. Amalia’s statue take too long?" the Emperor’s expression was filled with flattery.

Just as Minister Sharif had predicted, two days ago, those materials had indeed been ant for them.

With those resources, they could now build cosmorite chas and battleship like the aliens.

The only thing they had received little of was energy sources.

It was now clear what the envoys from the Pleiades Star System were planning—undoubtedly, they wanted to ask for energy supplies when they returned.

"Unveil it. Let see," Amalia said.

At her command, the Emperor imdiately ordered the red cloth to be removed, revealing the statue in its full glory.

The Oblivionite was not black but a white mineral embedded with shimring flecks.

At night, this stone emitted a glow of its own. To highlight this feature, the Emperor had the room’s lights extinguished.

At that mont, the statue carved from Oblivionite burst into brilliance, illuminating the grand thousand-person hall with a soft, sacred light.

It radiated an aura of divinity, making it seem untouchable and awe-inspiring.

"Ms. Amalia, what do you think? Are you satisfied?" the Emperor asked expectantly.

"Satisfied," Amalia replied.

A fleeting sense of embarrassnt flashed through her mind, but she quickly composed herself.

Raising her hand, she swiftly ford a series of intricate seals and channeling so light into the statue.

...

Amalia reinforced the statue and imprinted her divine consciousness into it.

From now on, even if the statue were bombarded with artillery, it might not be damaged.

"Ms. Amalia, what are you doing?" the Emperor asked in surprise, having just seen several beams of light enter the statue.

"I’ve inscribed so formations into the statue. This way, no one will be able to easily destroy it in the futu
