"This boss has 50 million HP too... I wonder if there’s a gimmick to reduce that much HP at once?"
"The attacks are fast and vicious. Plus, the range is wide."
"That white beam pattern... it covers nearly the entire map. Ranged DPS will have to be especially careful of that."
Jumping lightly, twisting her body, deflecting with her sword, and threading her attacks through the gaps between the ice blades orbiting the witch’s body, Rain’s movents were srizing.

"No, it’s not done yet! One of the ice blades is hovering in the center!"

An ice blade detached from the witch’s body, glowing brightly.

A violent icy windstorm began to whirl in the center of the battlefield, centered on the glowing ice blade.
The witch wore a chilling grin as she hid her body within the storm of ice shards.
The battle shifted to one-sided attacks from the witch.
She launched continuous ranged ice blade patterns, preventing any approach with the icy storm, while two white magic spheres slowly began to pursue Rain.
Icicles fell again, forming more ice zones. Although not as many as the five from earlier, it seed like they would continue to appear.
The storm of brutal patterns was relentless. There were too many things to manage—plus, she couldn’t even get close.
Everyone watching was at a loss for words.
Breaking the silence, U-Gyeol finally muttered, "Is this difficulty even real? Forget solo play—this seems impossible even in a party."
"If the ice storm works the sa way as the second boss, it will block ranged attacks too. That ans there’s no way to hit her."
[Ice blades keep coming from a distance. The spheres are chasing her. The zones need clearing too.]

One, two, three, four, and five. And that cleared the *Frozen* status.

The witch, exposed and defenseless in the storm, was struck by the sword energy. But she quickly recovered and began hurling more ice blades at .
Even with ranged immunity, skills with strike judgnts like *Starlight Sword Slash* can hit. But the cooldown is long. There’s no way I can deplete her entire HP with that skill alone.
At the sa ti, I dodged the two white magic spheres that had approached . These things were slow—there wasn’t even a need to use evasive maneuvers.
The patterns were chaotic, but they weren’t impossible to counter. Calmly handling each part, one by one, was the key.

The real problem was the ice storm swirling around the witch.
"Kya-ha-ha-ha!"
Laughing maniacally, the witch launched more ice blades at from within the storm.
Annoying.
If I can’t stop the storm, I won’t be able to deal damage other than with *Starlight Sword Slash*.
Of course, it’s not like there’s no way to approach her. If I recall how I handled the "Ancient Hero’s Sword Dance," I should be able to handle this.
By using *Backward Evade* to get in, *Reversal Strike* to resist, and *Slash* to deal damage while retreating, I could enter and exit the storm without taking damage.
But that’s a one-ti trick. I can’t keep doing it. What, am I supposed to wait for *Slash* to co off cooldown every minute and whittle down the remaining 40 million HP? Not a chance.
