The cave of the Little Golden Cat’s House and the rescue station have a Yellow-throated Marten clan living in between. It’s the sa clan that almost faced extinction before but has developed again. Without any surprises, it’s estimated that the Diao Ba Family will reappear in Jiamu Gully.
After a hearty feast, only a third of the rabbits were gone. The little kittens, their bellies round, huddled together and began to doze off.
Jinya went over to finish the rest of the rabbits, leaving just a few bones and scraps of at stuck to them for other little ones to tidy up later.
At this mont, the big beautiful bear from the tree had already slid down and was running towards the bamboo forest, with the male bear following closely behind. Whether they’ll succeed or not, who knows.
The two young bears watched Chen Ying for a while before waddling off towards the southeast of Huaqiu Valley. There’s a large bamboo forest there, which used to have red pandas living, but they moved away, leaving it unclaid.
After turning off the livestream, bringing the streaming phone, solar battery, and portable tent, Chen Ying called Jinya to head ho.
The four little kittens stumbled along behind Jinya. The smallest one, probably too full, was so sleepy it rolled as it walked, unable to keep its eyes open.
Jinya picked this one up in her mouth, but the other one rolled away; after several repeats, she got anxious and called out to Chen Ying.
Chen Ying was just about to take off her coat to carry the kittens back when she saw Brother Leopard and Leopard Sister coming together, followed closely by Huihui and Pang Jin, who were all muddy.
"What have you been up to? Wrestling in the mud?"
Huihui was very upset, growling complaints to Jinya and Chen Ying.
"That rascal bumped into on purpose! By the river, the big fellows made a mud pit so the little cubs could drink water easily. I was watching from the side when this rascal rushed over and knocked into the pit."
Huihui’s fur was clumped together by mud and water, and the little guy was almost crying in frustration.
Pang Jin squatted nearby protesting, "I didn’t know it was so weak, I just gave it a light bump and it rolled in. Had I known it was so useless, I wouldn’t have played around with it."
Jinya cast a serious glance at the two of them, a bit at a loss.
Privately, she was certainly inclined towards Huihui. This kid was obedient and even helped take care of the babies, while Pang Jin was the type that would cause trouble if not checked every few days. But Jinya felt this was a conflict between them and should be resolved by themselves.
They’re both grown cats and She now; they can’t run to mom every ti sothing happens.
Moreover, her Huihui cub was just too honest. Its personality might be at a disadvantage if it went independent.
Although Pang Jin was reckless and thick-skinned, it could feed itself to such plumpness and roam the mountains freely, which showed it had strength beyond words. Huihui should learn more from Pang Jin!
Chen Ying wouldn’t get involved in their conflict either.
However, Huihui covered in mud needed to be dealt with promptly.
Just right, the Big Cats arrived; each could carry one, leaving Pang Jin, who didn’t get a spot, eyeing the little one in Huihui’s mouth with envy.
The little kitten peacefully being carried by Huihui suddenly puffed its baby fur, looking terrified at the approaching Pang Jin, instinctively extending its claws.
"ow aow~~" Pang Jin narrowly avoided a swipe, otherwise, it might have had to be renad One-eyed Pang Jin!
Seeing Pang Jin’s face change, Huihui, without thinking, grabbed the kitten and frantically ran towards the rescue station.
Pang Jin howled wildly, its chubby body turning into a blur as it chased frantically after Huihui.
