Such scams are pretty low-level and obviously fake.
But so, out of sheer boredom, would seriously trick others, claiming they knew soone who beat the ga and then describe it in vivid detail!

The kiss lasted for over a minute, and when their lips finally parted, Cheng Zhu looked down at her hands clutching his hoodie.
The counselor hurriedly let go.
“Gripping so tightly, do you really want to leave or not?” he teased with a smile.
Her delicate face, already slightly flushed behind the gold-rimd glasses, blushed even more.
The face with a touch of sternness furrowed her brows once more, her tone regaining so of the counselor’s authority, “You should! You definitely should!”
