Early the next morning, he prepared their docunts, took her hand, and led her to register their marriage.

Xia Nuo took them and flipped through the pages, finding a significant sum of money. She laughed, “You rascal, where did all this money co from?”
Leng Yan didn’t answer her, sitting on the sofa examining the leather quality.
Xia Nuo gave him a puzzled look and pushed him slightly, “Hey, I’m talking to you.”
He still didn’t answer, moving on to study the quality of the glass coffee table.
“You rascal, are you deaf or mute?” Xia Nuo frowned and gave him a light slap.
Leng Yan turned his head slightly to look at her, and asked in a low voice, “What did you call ?”
Xia Nuo suddenly rembered that he never liked her calling him “rascal.”
She smiled, hugging his arm, and cheerfully corrected herself, “Leng Yan, where did all this money co from?”
Soone snorted but still didn’t answer.
Why was he still not answering?
Xia Nuo thought for a mont and tried calling out, “Husband, where did all this money co from?”
The proud fellow’s eyes glead as he held her, smiling brightly, “I earned it all designing; every bit of it was earned, not a penny was taken in vain.”
“Really, husband, you’re amazing,” Xia Nuo continued to laugh.
Soone was a bit elated, “Wife, I’ll earn lots of money for you in the future. From now on, all my money is yours.”
“Husband, you’re so good.”
“Wife, I’m only good to you.”
Seeing how she made him so disoriented with just a few calls of “husband,” Xia Nuo felt secretly pleased. A few words earned her the keys to the vault; it was totally worth it.
There might have been an elent of impulsiveness in their marriage, but even after the impulse, they wouldn’t regret it.
