What should I do, Xingtian found out she’s missing!

She didn’t dare to answer the phone, so she had to hang up, but her hands were shaking, and she hung up several tis before finally doing so.

"Driver, could you please hurry up? Once I find who I’m looking for, I’ll pay you!" An Ruo couldn’t help but anxiously say to him.

The driver saw her unusual expression and lost the urge to ask for the fare.

He opened the car door and said to her indifferently, "The place you want to go is about an hour’s walk from here. I won’t charge you anymore, you can get off."

It’s not that he didn’t want to do a good deed, but life was hard, and he didn’t make much in a day, having no ti to give her a free ride.

There was a tinge of wetness in An Ruo’s eyes; she understood she had no right to ask for his help.

"Thank you, driver, thank you..." she whispered an apology to him, then awkwardly got out of the car and closed the door.

The car drove off, leaving An Ruo standing bewildered by the roadside, feeling everything here was foreign.

At this mont, she felt like soone who had just gone abroad, standing in a foreign land, filled with insecurity about this unfamiliar city.

But she didn’t have much ti to be sentintal. After asking a passerby for directions, she hurried on her way. Xingtian called several more tis, and each ti the phone rang, her heart trembled.

She didn’t dare to answer the phone, simply letting the ringtone repeat endlessly.

Ti slowly passed, and it was morning. She called Tang Yuchen on the way, but no one answered.

An Ruo wasn’t even sure if Tang Yuchen existed anymore; she was even more uncertain if she could find him.

But she was out of money, and since she had co this far, she could only keep walking, with no way to turn back.

It’s winter in J City now. An Ruo had walked a long distance, feeling her whole body warm and panting with exhaustion.

She gritted her teeth, determined to keep walking. Even if her legs broke, she had to find Tang Yuchen!

Asking for directions along the way, An Ruo, without realizing it, had already been walking for more than an hour and finally saw the towering building of TLA Company in the distance.

Her heart suddenly surged with excitent, and she quickened her pace forward, her body seed to gain strength, feeling less tired.

There was a KFC restaurant ahead.

Seeing the food inside, An Ruo’s stomach suddenly growled with hunger.

She smiled softly, thinking how she could still feel hungry at such a ti.

Just as she was thinking this, the door of the fast-food restaurant opened, and a man holding a little boy’s hand walked out. The tall and handso man carefully instructed the little boy, "In a while, you’ll play in Dad’s office. If you need anything, just tell the secretary auntie, and don’t run around, alright?"

"Okay, I know," the little boy nodded. He had a very cute and handso face, and An Ruo, seeing him, montarily forgot to move forward.

The little boy looked up and smiled at the man, "Dad, the breakfast here is so good. Can we co again next ti?"

"We can’t eat it often. We have all kinds of breakfast at ho, and it’s healthy and nutritious. Today I’m bringing you here because it’s your birthday," the man said flatly.

His words were actually quite cold, but An Ruo could hear that sense of parental love in his tone.

The little boy imdiately looked down sadly, "It would be great if Mom were here too. I’m turning five today, but Mom can’t celebrate my birthday."
