Chapter 881: I can leave!

He was chasing her away?

Xia Ning clenched her fists tightly and looked at the empty staircase. She closed her eyes slightly. She had been looking forward to reuniting with her family, but she had never expected to et such a determined man when she returned.

In the past, no matter how angry he was, he would not say such things to her. But this ti, it was different. When he said that she should leave the Qiao family, he ant to cut off all ties with her.

Why? She admitted that she was wrong and should not have left without saying goodbye, but couldn’t he give her a chance to explain?

Xia Ning raised her right hand, but her elbow froze and she dropped it. She clutched her head with her left hand, a look of pain on her face.

She looked at the stairs, gritted her teeth, and walked upstairs. Enoch was sick, and she had to go see him.

Xia Ning was about to go to the side bedroom to check on Enoch, but when she turned the doorknob, she realized that the door was closed.

She clenched her fists and looked at the master bedroom, which was still lit, and walked over.

The door opened just as she reached it.

Qiao Yu’s tall figure appeared at the door. His handso face was cold.

Qiao Yu, I want to see Enoch.” Xia Ning tried her best to ignore his cold attitude and got straight to the point.

“No, he’s asleep.” Qiao Yu said calmly,”rather than having hope and then being disappointed, it’s better to let him feel despair from the start.”

Qiao Yu, you can’t do this!” Xia Ning said loudly, her hand gripping his arm tightly.”I’m his mother. I’ll always be with him. I won’t leave him again.”

“You won’t leave him again?” Qiao Yu repeated her last sentence and looked at Xia Ning with a half-smile.

Xia Ning was a little angered by his mocking gaze. She looked at Qiao Yu and gritted her teeth,””I swear!”

Qiao Yu didn’t look at her. He took a step back and pushed a suitcase out to her,”your stuff!”

Looking at the luggage in front of her, Xia Ning felt a lump in her throat and wanted to laugh. He had already packed her things. It seed like he had long wanted to kick her out of the Qiao family.

“Are you not willing to give a chance to explain? Just one chance!” Xia Ning looked up at Qiao Yu, her eyes wavering.”Do you have to be so heartless?”

Qiao Yu looked ahead and didn’t say anything.

However, his indifference at this mont had already overpowered any vicious words.

Xia Ning closed her eyes and said,”you said you loved , but it turns out that love has passed so quickly. Indeed, I believed in so-called love too much and that’s why I ended up in such an unbearable situation today.”

In the past, she had disregarded everything to be with him, but in exchange, he had ignored her and suffered endless pain. Now, it seed that she had made the sa mistake. It was a little funny to think about it.

She thought that she had found love, but it turned out to be a lie.

“I’ll ask you one last ti. Do you really not want ?!”

Yes, he didn’t want her anymore. She had always been proud and never felt that she was inferior to anyone. However, in front of him, she always subconsciously put herself in a lower position. Who asked her to fall in love with him first?

Qiao Yu looked at Xia Ning, his brows furrowed, but he still didn’t answer.

His silence hurt Xia Ning again. The words she had wanted to explain seed unnecessary.

“I can walk!” Xia Ning lowered her head and suddenly said.

Qiao Yu’s eyes narrowed as he looked at Xia Ning.

“I just want to take a look at Enoch before I leave.” Xia Ning looked at Qiao Yu and pursed her lips.”That’s not too much, is it?”
