About two hours later, Lin Yi and ye Jinxin's cake was finally ready. From the mont they started baking, the aroma of the cake could be slled from the kitchen. Angela had complained a few tis that she was hungry. Liang Jingchuan had gone to the kitchen to urge her a few tis, but ye Jinxin and Lin Yi chased him out every ti.
Lin Yi brought the cake out and looked at Angela and Liang ruixuan's sad faces. She said helplessly,"the cake can only be eaten after it gets cold, so we have to wait until the afternoon, but we can eat soon."
Angela was a little disappointed. She wanted to say sothing but Lin Yi stopped her.
"There's still your favorite seafood for lunch today,"Zhou minru said with a smile.
Liang ruixuan imdiately nodded."Then when can we eat?"
"It should only be 20 minutes. You guys go and watch so cartoons first." Zhou minru said as she led Liang ruixuan to the living room.
Angela stood still and looked at Lin Yi with a wrinkly face. She seed to be unhappy.
"Baby," Lin Yi explained patiently,"a freshly baked cake doesn't taste good. It'll only taste good when it's cold."
"Mommy, Dady's here." Angela looked at Lin Yi and said in a low voice.
Lin Yi was stunned, thinking that she might have heard wrong. She asked,""What did you just say?"
"Mommy, I know you heard ." "I was the one who asked Dady to co and take us back to United States," said Angela in a low voice.
Lin Yi's expression darkened."Angela!"
Angela pouted."Mommy, I know I was wrong. I didn't like him back then, so ..."
Lin Yi didn't know what to say when she saw her daughter admitting to her mistake so readily. If Liang Jingchuan knew about this, he would probably explode in anger and his heart would probably turn cold.
"Did you tell dad about this?" Lin Yi asked.
Angela shook her head."I don't know what to say!"
"Then what do you plan to do? Do you want to go back to United States or stay here?" Lin Yi asked.
Angeal pursed her lips and looked at Lin Yi."I'll be wherever mommy is."
"That's what you said back then, but didn't you still contact Dady to pick you up in secret?" Lin Yi raised her eyebrows.
Angela held Lin Yi's hand and whispered,""Mommy, I'm really sorry. I'll apologize to Dady. Let's not tell Daddy about this."
"Oh, now you know that your dad will be angry?" Lin Yi looked at her daughter's upset face and didn't have the heart to say too much. She said in a low voice,""Daddy loves you so much, you can't do such things in the future!"
"Yes, yes!" Angela nodded quickly.
"Alright, mommy will contact you, Lin Dadi. As for whether he'll forgive you or not, that'll depend on whether your apology is sincere enough."
"I will apologize properly." Said Angela.
"Why are you apologizing? What's going on?" Liang Jingchuan's voice was suddenly heard.
Lin Yi raised her head and saw him walking over. She smiled at him and said,""It's nothing,"
"You're still saying that it's nothing? my precious little princess is so unhappy. Did mommy bully you?" Liang Jingchuan smiled as he reached out and pulled Angela into his arms."Don't worry, I'm here. I won't let mommy scold you."
Lin Yi looked at Angela with a reproachful look.
Angela could tell which one was better. She wrapped her arms around Liang Jingchuan's neck and buried her head in his arms.
This was the first ti Liang Jingchuan had enjoyed such an intimate hug from his daughter. He was overjoyed and comforted her,"baby, daddy's here. No one will dare to bully you."
Lin Yi didn't know whether to laugh or cry. He probably didn't know that he was the one being bullied, and that it was his daughter who was bullying him!
