Imdiately after Lily spoke, Jas’s face turned slightly pink as he cleared his throat. His gaze darted down to her, before he sighed, instantly regretting his action. He quickly shifted his gaze away, brushing back the strands of hair that had fallen over his forehead.

"Look, I grabbed whatever I saw, so just have so... Just stop talking, okay?" he said, but didn’t finish his sentence before Lily gasped.

"You also bought underwear?" Her cheeks flushed as she stared at the dark pink pair.

"Please, Lily, I beg you, just be quiet while I drive," he finally said, his voice tinged with embarrassnt, before starting the car and speeding off.

The car was quiet for a while, and Lily, who had been looking at her phone, started talking again. "I did well giving you that na. Right now, you look so cute while blushing."

The car screeched to a halt in front of a duplex. As Jas turned to tell her to step out, she quickly took a picture of him.

"I might not see you like this again, so I’d better grab my chance," she said, still glancing at her screen. She raised her phone to show Jas and added with a giggle, "I’ve added you to my lock and ho screen."

Before Jas could respond, she stepped out of the car, leaving him montarily speechless.

Lily, who had been focused on her phone, finally raised her head. Her mouth dropped open in awe as she stared at the extravagant building in shock. She hadn’t expected Jas to have such an expensive house; this was beyond anything she could have imagined. Maybe she had underestimated him, thinking he was just a simple guy. Clearly, there was much more to him than she had realized.

re seconds passed before Lily snapped out of her thoughts. Jas spoke, "Let’s go." It was then she realized how lost in her thoughts she had been. She hurriedly followed him, the white bag clutched tightly in her hand. As Jas unlocked the door with his fingerprint, she entered, still in a state of shock. Words failed her; she was utterly speechless.

Inside a luxurious VIP room, Zamian stood beside Mira, who was lying down with an IV drip attached. The personal doctor had just finished explaining the situation.

"She fainted due to dizziness, fear, and dehydration," the doctor said. "She hasn’t been drinking enough water and is lacking in fruits and vegetables. With proper hydration and a balanced diet, she should fully recover within a week."

Zamian nodded calmly, his gaze steady as he observed Mira. He recalled that morning when he had asked about her and was told she went out for a al. The previous evening, he had noticed her absence at dinner.

He quietly covered Mira with a blanket, ensuring she was warm and comfortable. His movents were deliberate and controlled, reflecting his composed exterior as he continued to watch over her in silence.

---

Mira slowly regained consciousness, her senses gradually coming back into focus. She felt a throbbing headache and a heavy, disorienting fog that made it hard to piece together her fragnted mories. Her eyelids fluttered open, and she squinted against the dim light filtering through the room’s elegant curtains.

She noticed an IV drip attached to her arm, the sterile environnt making her feel even more uneasy. Her throat was parched, a raw, uncomfortable dryness that intensified her growing sense of panic. She tried to move, but her body felt heavy, as though she were trapped in a thick, impenetrable fog.

Turning her head with effort, she saw a glass of water on a nearby table. It was just within reach, but the effort to get to it seed overwhelming. Before she could fully comprehend her situation, a large, steady hand reached over and grasped the glass.

The arm was strong and deliberate as it carefully set her up and offered the glass to her. Mira took the water gratefully, feeling the cool liquid soothe her parched throat. She drank deeply, savoring the relief it brought.

As she began to regain her composure, she started to speak, but the man who had brought her the water placed a finger gently over his lips, signaling her to remain silent. He then pressed a button on a panel beside her bed. With a soft, chanical whir, a hidden door slid open, revealing a table that extended to the length of her bed. The table was elegantly set with a cup of dicinal tea and an assortnt of food.

"Eat. You will need this," he said, his voice calm but authoritative, as he watched her with a steady gaze. Mira tried to find her voice but was interrupted when he reached for a spoon covered by an ornate cloth. With practiced precision, he uncovered the spoon and placed it into the bowl of food.

He then pushed the spoon towards her with a gesture that was both firm and gentle. "Now eat," he instructed, his eyes still fixed on her as if ensuring she followed through.

The rich aroma of the food and tea filled the air, adding a sense of warmth to the otherwise sterile environnt. Mira could feel the tension in the room as she hesitated before finally taking a bite, the taste offering a comforting blend of flavors that spoke of care and attention.

Mira finally spoke in a low tone, "Eat with ."
