"Xiao Mo? What are you thinking about?" Jiang Jinghao looked at her with a trace of concern in his eyes.
"Nothing, just go inside. Officer Zhang probably has a lot to ask you about Aunt Feng." Qiao Mo forced a smile, suppressing the unease in her heart.
For an entire week, Qiao Mo accompanied Jiang Jinghao, running all over the place.
They searched every place Aunt Feng might have gone, visiting the police station beca a routine.
But there was still no news of Mrs. Jiang, as if she had vanished into thin air, and both of their emotions hit rock bottom.
"Xiao Mo, please listen. Let take you ho first." Jiang Jinghao stood in the corridor of the police station, his eyes bloodshot from exhaustion, yet still worried about Qiao Mo.

For a week, neither of them had a good night’s sleep.

She knew that Jinghao must be feeling worse than her. That was his mother, who raised him single-handedly from childhood.
