The car drove for a long ti, and Qiao Mo felt a bit sleepy.
In a daze, she felt warmth on her body, followed by a lightness under her feet.
She opened her blurry eyes and realized they had arrived ho. His coat was draped over her, and he was walking towards the house.
"I can walk on my own," she said softly.
He didn’t let go, holding her tightly: "You’ve gained so weight."

"Yes."
Biting her lip, Qiao Mo said again: "Then quickly put down."
He smiled and whispered in her ear: "So light, it’s making think we should replace the cook."
Qiao Mo shyly avoided his gaze, saying no more.
He carried her all the way upstairs, placing her on the living room sofa, and turned to pour her a cup of warm water.
Qiao Mo took a shower and changed into pajamas.
Just as she sat on the sofa in the bedroom, she suddenly realized her belly seed to move slightly...
Her hand, which had just grabbed the cup, dared not move an inch, her eyes fixed on her belly, wondering if it was her imagination.
Just then, Fu Nancheng brought in a plate of cut fruit and saw her holding the cup in one hand and looking down at her belly, motionless and dazed.
"What are you thinking about?"

Fu Nancheng didn’t realize at first, but in the next mont, he saw Qiao Mo lift her flushed little face, excitedly caressing her belly: "He just moved... moved! He seed to just move!"

After a few more minutes, Qiao Mo started to doubt: "Could I have heard wrong just now?"
"Let’s wait a bit more," he softly comforted her.
Then, he started talking to the belly: "Little one, did you kick mommy?"
"Are you planning a rebellion?"
Qiao Mo’s lips curved into a light smile, saying nothing, but whispered in her heart: This is Daddy... the most handso and amazing Daddy in the world.
Rember that he loves you so very much and can’t wait to et you soon.
The two of them talked to the baby in the belly for a full hour, drying their mouths, yet the baby remained quiet inside, as if it was asleep without any movent.
"Perhaps I heard wrong earlier." Qiao Mo looked at him and gently said, worried he would be tired from maintaining the sa position for so long.
"Little rascal," he gently kissed Qiao Mo’s belly before getting up.
But as he moved, Qiao Mo distinctly felt a light tremor and instinctively grabbed his big hand: "It moved! It just moved again!"
Fu Nancheng imdiately squatted down again, waiting for a while.
But, contrarily, the baby in the belly seed to be playing gas with him, remaining still as soon as he got close.
The two new parents were completely imrsed in this joy, fussing for over an hour before the little one in the belly finally gave Fu Nancheng so acknowledgent, gently nudging Qiao Mo’s belly as if to greet him.
