Qiao Mo was at a loss for words. Yes, he wasn’t really peeking.

He was openly spying!

Qiao Mo bit her lips tightly, almost drawing blood from her crimson lips, as she clutched the dress in front of her more tightly and said with red eyes, "Mr. Fu, could you please leave first."

Fu Nancheng raised an eyebrow: "What’s there to see, little dumpling."

Qiao Mo was montarily stunned, since she had known him for quite a while, yet had never heard such words from his mouth.

But when she realized what he ant, she couldn’t help but grit her teeth angrily: "You’re the little dumpling!"

Fu Nancheng raised an eyebrow: "Wanna strip and compare?"

Qiao Mo’s face turned bright red, fiercely glaring at him but unable to utter a word!

He seed to be in a good mood, didn’t argue further, and casually tossed a piece of clothing on the bed: "Wear this."

With that, he turned and left.

Even after the door was tightly closed again, Qiao Mo was still fuming, her face burning red!

She removed the clothes and looked down.

It’s not that small!

It took several minutes for Qiao Mo to gradually calm down.

She looked at the dress on the bed; it was a lake-blue evening gown, semi-sheer at the top with plenty of sequins, and a soft, slightly puffy tulle skirt, exceptionally exquisite.

Once dressed in the gown, Qiao Mo took a look, but just thinking about the earlier scene made her face redden a bit more.

No matter how much she dawdled, she still had to go out eventually. Qiao Mo exhaled lightly, opened the door, and walked out.

Fu Nancheng was sitting on the sofa, holding a cup of coffee in one hand, a newspaper on his lap, while his mind involuntarily drifted back to that scene.

The coffee was yet to reach his lips when he saw a woman in a lake-blue gown walking out.

Beautiful and radiant, charmingly coy, with only a hint of coldness remaining in her eyes.

"Mr. Fu..."

Fu Nancheng glanced her up and down, raised an eyebrow: "Not bad."

Receiving his affirmation, Qiao Mo breathed a sigh of relief, but before she could fully exhale, the man in front of her spoke again: "It’s just a bit small..."

"You... you...!"

Qiao Mo’s face, which had just lost its blush, turned scarlet again, gritting her teeth but unable to speak.

Fu Nancheng got up, picked up a pair of shoes from the coffee table, and tossed them in front of Qiao Mo.

"There’s an auction this afternoon, followed by a dinner event. You’re coming with ."

Qiao Mo nodded, looked at the silver high-heels in her hand, then couldn’t help but glance at the man across from her, eting his deep, contemplative gaze.

After hesitating for a mont, Qiao Mo eventually remained silent.

The shoe size was perfect, but she was never accustod to wearing this brand’s shoes.

Though it’s a renowned brand praised for its delicacy and comfort, every ti she wore them, they’d cause blisters. Over ti, she just never chose this brand.

At two in the afternoon, Qiao Mo accompanied Fu Nancheng into the auction hall of Shengshi Hotel.

Their appearance imdiately attracted quite a few gazes, and many couldn’t help but whisper among themselves.

"Isn’t that the second eldest miss of the Qiao family?"

"I only heard she has a terrible temper, never imagined she’d be this pretty. What must the eldest miss of the Qiao family look like then?"

"Who’s the man next to her? He looks unfamiliar."

"No idea, never seen him before. I’ll go find out later."

As soon as they entered the hall, a man dressed as a manager ca up to them, leading the way, as Qiao Mo followed Fu Nancheng into the elevator and couldn’t help but ask, "Isn’t the auction outside?"
