I sighed in relief as I faced the sa landscape I saw when I first visited Yggdrasil.

“Ha… sohow, we made it.”

“Master. Even if it’s just for a day, you should…”

Iris, equally exhausted, whispered in my ear after standing on tiptoe.

“…get thoroughly wrecked and sleep without being able to think of anything else.”

“Doesn’t that clear up the arousal?”

“Ugh… even during the War of the Gods, it wasn’t this bad.”

Iris lanted with a strangely flushed face. At this, Iona, who had regained complete strength by drinking my blood, giggled.

“That’s it. Back then, 300 years ago, Iris was still an interdiate mage and the princess of Alfheim, so she couldn’t go to the front lines. Now, you’ve been hit with concentrated divine power from an Evil God, and unlike before, you’ve co to know the pleasures of being a woman, so it’s only natural, isn’t it?”

“I understand it rationally, but I can’t help but complain. Co to think of it, didn’t you take the brunt of the enchantnt to protect others? Iona being a vampire is one thing, but are you okay, Master?”

“Huh? ?”

“Yes. Didn’t you say that beastkin and elves, with their strong sexual desires, are particularly vulnerable to the Grotesque Proliferation’s powers? And you, Master, are soone who only knows fighting and won, truly formidable. Despite having divine protection for resistance, you can’t be unscathed, can you?”

“……”

Both Helena’s comnt to the Grotesque Proliferation last ti and this one now. Am I really like so walking adult content? What’s this about violence and vulgarity?

I sighed lightly and shrugged.

“Honestly, I was in a bit of danger too. If I were alone, maybe it would’ve been different, but I had my won right next to .”

“Hmm. I get that. The idea that you could’ve taken a mont to relieve it just made the thirst worse.”

“Right. It only gets worse.”

It’s similar to drinking seawater when you’re thirsty;it only worsens the dehydration. Since the power isn’t lifted, it just increases sexual excitent.

Just recalling the mories of the last five days made my body shiver involuntarily.

Day two.

The first day we managed by hitting once and running, but from the second day, it was impossible.

They got used to our tactics, so now they ca with at shields from the start.

Not the tentacle corpses;they couldn’t reuse the goblin bodies after consuming them once.

Instead, they sent out giant goblins without hesitation.

These were experintal creatures, utilizing the goblins’ fast breeding and ability to impregnate most races.

But of course, they were failures. They were ant to create warriors like ogres, but the result was a dumb, slow, and non-aggressive defective product. ŕ𝔞Ɲ𝐨ᛒÈ𐌔

Still, they succeeded in making them big, and they followed orders well, so they were used as at shields or ladders for sieges. They were adequate substitutes for the tentacle corpses.

Indeed, these monsters, as large as two-story buildings, had the durability to match their size, capable of absorbing even a high-tier spell if about a dozen gathered.

…And goblins, like fruit flies among monsters, reproduce and grow quickly.

No matter how threatening our magic was, they just thought, “Oh, they were ant to die anyway,” and kept coming, understanding they could just make more offspring.

Day three.

It was similar to the previous two days, but we gained so experience.

So we completely abandoned the desire to attack, focusing only on maintaining the distance where we seed catchable but weren’t.

This was quite successful, allowing us to escape easily… or so I thought.

Until the assassins of the Boiling Silence, who had been hiding, appeared.

I thought we had killed all of them since they hadn’t shown up until then, but there were still so many left.

Thanks to my cultist detection trait, we could react in ti, but the situation was precarious as we might get surrounded.

Eventually, Helena, disregarding the strain on her body, increased the output of her divine manifestation. For a brief mont, she emitted light as bright as a small sun, which no one could block, allowing us to escape without issue.

However, Helena pushed herself too hard and fell into a deep sleep as soon as we hid in the Nidhogg station. I was quite alard at that mont.

Since we had given up on attacking, from then on, we focused Iris solely on defense and detection.

Day four.

Changing Iris’s role helped avoid ambushes and encirclents, but our firepower decreased, giving our enemies more leeway.

The followers of Grotesque Proliferation started focusing on their powers rather than combat.

Since Helena had passed out the day before, we couldn’t fully dispel the lingering enchantnt effects, which had a significant impact.

The actual fighting was uneventful, making escape easy, but the aftermath was the problem.

My body heated up against my will, making Iris, Iona, and Helena look particularly appealing today.

Even with my resistance, the accumulated effect was substantial.

If that’s how it affected , imagine the others.

Grimhill temporarily paralyzed his lower body with aura, and Tumila spent the day in prayer, trying to dispel the power of the Grotesque Proliferation from them both.

The sa went for us.

Iris subtly rubbed against , only to be grabbed by the nape of her neck by Iona.

While Iris flailed in the air, Helena tried to calm her with a blessing, but…

With her powers weakened by exhaustion, the blessing couldn’t calm the half-crazed Iris.

So, Helena, with tears in her eyes, knocked Iris out by hitting her on the back of the head. She said there would be no problem since she healed her while hitting.

Anyway, I just endured with my resistance, Iona was unaffected being a vampire, and Helena managed by periodically switching with Solari.

Of course, this only pertained to sexual desire;we couldn’t prevent the overall decline in our abilities.

I actually think this was the toughest part.

Day five.

The promised ti had co. I was motivated, thinking we just had to make it through today, but as is often the case, things don’t go as planned.

The assassins of the Boiling Silence, adept at hiding, found the existence and entrance of Nidhogg.

Thus, our final battle stage beca the underground.

Fighting with a body not moving as I willed against increasingly powerful enemies was no easy task. Eventually, Grimhill, who had been leading our defense, reached his limit.

Unable to contain his boiling lust, he rushed at Tumila, who was recharging blessings from behind.

Of course, since he moved impulsively without any real technique, he was knocked out by a single strike from Helena’s mace, who was standing in the front line with him.

It seed she had learned sothing from knocking out Iris the day before.

Although we managed to deal with Grimhill, the real problem was that our already insufficient frontline was reduced by one.

Only when Iona, who had been focusing on area attacks, filled the gap did our formation stabilize, but it was clear that with reduced firepower, we couldn’t hold out for long.

Fortunately, Nidhogg arrived just in ti, allowing us to escape imdiately.

I contacted Milone right away, asking her to ss up all the underground routes except for the one we were on.

Since allowing the enemy to invade through any rat hole was the most dangerous scenario, Milone twisted the tracks and even demolished them where necessary.

As a result, so of the Grotesque Proliferation’s army was literally buried underground, but… there were many among them who were strong enough to deal with us.

It was only a matter of ti before they escaped.

Thus, having safely escaped and managed to block the underground passage in ti, we’ve co to this mont.

As we rode Ratatoskr towards the inside of the World Tree, I continued with what I was saying earlier.

“It’s true that the Grotesque Proliferation’s power is dangerous, but since I’ve dealt with it before, there’s a technique to it.”

“Is there such a thing?”

Iris, who had been holding on with a high-level mage’s ntal strength and Helena’s blessings, looked at with sparkling eyes, perhaps because this ti was tougher.

I nodded with a broad smile to her.

“Yeah. You block the divine power trying to invade by operating mana at a high density.”

“…?”

“And for what does get into your body, it’s more efficient to draw on the light of other blessings to expel it. It’s the sa principle as receiving a priest’s blessing.”

“???”

“Iris, since you’re blessed by the Circulating Life, you should be able to do it too?”

“Master… what kind of nonsense is that?”

Iris tilted her head in disbelief. I knew too. Not everyone could do this.

But I couldn’t help myself.

“Why? Can’t you do it?”

“Of course not! Who could do sothing like that…?”

“I managed to do it, though.”

“Argh!”

Would I miss the chance to tease Iris? That would be such a waste.

Iris, pouting her lips, started stomping her feet with a tapping sound.

Truly the Iris Reign Dance. There was a ferocity akin to a hamster.

I tried to hold back my laughter—no, I was trembling before her fearful look when Iris spoke with a sulky voice.

“…I think I understand why Elisha trembled whenever she saw the Lindelheit lady.”

“Is she trembling because of these cute cheeks?”

I stretched Iris’s cheeks, but perhaps because I had used up all my teasing for the day, the half-resigned Iris just hung limp, not reacting at all.

Instead, Helena and Solari nodded at with pleased expressions.

“Look, my lord. Brother Yandel is now handling divine power as if it’s nothing.”

“If he develops a bit more from just moving it… grr.”

“Would he beco a god or a demigod?”

“No? In the end, it’s borrowed power, so there won’t be an increase in rank. But he could influence gods. Specifically, like causing pregnancy!”

“Gasp! Co to think of it, there’s never been anyone who had children after ascending to godhood. So that’s why…”

Already discussing what nas they should give to each other’s children.

I understand they’re excited since we’ve survived a dangerous situation, but it’s a bit embarrassing. We’re not alone here, after all.

By the way, Grimhill and Tumila were whispering in a corner, probably having grown closer due to this event.

Well, after the battle, while we were cared for by Helena, Grimhill was receiving treatnt or neutralization of powers from Tumila.

Fighting in a battlefield where your life is at risk while being exposed to a power that increases sexual desire, it’s not surprising if so strange feelings develop. Of course, it was none of my business, so I was about to turn my head away when…

Grimhill’s voice, tense and slightly creaking more than usual, reached .

“After this war ends, I have sothing to say to you!”

“Oh my…”

Such a solemn voice.

…No, right?

*This isn’t so ominous sign, is it? *
