Sensing the pending crisis, Hua Jiashan reverted to his roots. While aiming his rifle at the assailant, he ejected a flying sword from his spatial ring along with his sword dao avatar.

The mutant scoffed at the duo.

Black suits, white collar shirts, long pants, leather shoes, and white socks were the new uniform of Leo's domain. The latter forced everybody to get their clothes from the clothing store, and nobody could leave the domain without wearing one.

Seeing how Hua Jiashan survived a soul transformation cultivator's attack unhard, she gained inspiration. Instead of continuing to run, she reloaded her rifle with Leo's essence stone. Then, she aid at the axe-wielding mutant.
She pulled the trigger. But instead of firing a regular bullet, she unleashed a beam cannon at the crowd of mutants.

A yellow lightning beam devoured seven mutants in its path, including the Axeman earlier, vaporizing them to smoke.
"WHAT?!"
Hua Jiashan surviving the strike already baffled the Gorr Tribesn, but the sudden beam attack shocked them.
Seeing the result of her weapon, Dongfang i advised her darling.
