The Main Hall of the City Lord.

Lein, behind the desk, was currently reviewing the daily reports from various city departnts. The reports he received had been ticulously organized by Jarwis, an expert in urban developnt and planning. Jarwis was Lein and Nita's right-hand man in managing the City of Life.

At the top of the report was the Departnt of Spatial Planning and City Layout, presenting information about the city's areas, public spaces such as parks, sports fields, greenways, etc. Below that was the Departnt of Infrastructure Developnt and Managent, detailing progress on the city's infrastructure construction projects.

Lein continued to review reports from the Defense Departnt, which provided statistics on tower construction, nest troops, active soldiers, etc. This was followed by information from the Education Departnt about planning education for children and young generations, which had to be planned from now on.

Finally, Lein checked the Health Departnt's section, detailing plans for access to hospitals, dical equipnt, etc.

Every day, Lein spent at least 30 minutes reviewing all the reports and adding notes.

- (Nita) Brother, let's have dinner. Continue the work tomorrow.

Nita's private ssage echoed.

"This kid is acting like a mother..." Lein said casually. He recalled his childhood when his mother would tell him to co ho every night. Back then, Lein disliked it, but now he wanted to relive those monts.

Huff...

Lein shook his head, stopping himself from thinking about the past. He then closed the report files and headed to the dining room for dinner with Nita.

In the morning, Lein and Nita exercised at a field near the city hall.

Morning exercise had beco a routine for the past few days.

"Brother, are we going to enter the Gaundu Realm again? I received information from the alliance that a 50-ter portal appeared in Old Man Haikal's city, Disaster City," Nita asked Lein while jogging lightly.

"Hmmm, first help find so suitable alliance mbers to manage and take care of the store we rented in the Gaundu Realm."

"I will buy so furniture and arrange the items and goods we will sell."

Lein explained in detail. He planned to explore several realms to seek fortune.

So, after completing the establishnt of the first Alliance store, they would enter another portal and explore other realms.

"Alright, brother."

They continued their exercise until 7 a.m. After that, they split up to find mbers and buy furniture.

...

"Mr. Lein, welco."

An old man with a neat appearance greeted Lein.

He was currently in the largest furniture store in the city, General Store. The man who greeted him was the store owner himself.

"Good morning, Mr. Ruyi. I would like to order so furniture for setting up a store."

Lein explained his purpose. Let Mr. Ruyi recomnd the best furniture for him.

Mr. Ruyi understood and then took Lein to browse the entire area. Mr. Ruyi introduced strong, elegant, and high-quality glass display cases, sword racks, weapon racks, etc.

Buying furniture took about 10 minutes.

Nita had also finished her part, and they agreed to et in front of the Gaundu Realm store.

Gaundu Realm, Heaven's News City.

"Quick, lift it over there!"

"Move to the right."

"Clean up, don't leave any trash behind."

Currently, Lein, Nita, and over 30 World Market alliance mbers were busy arranging the layout of furniture such as tables, display cases, shelves, paintings, etc.

On the top floor, Lein had prepared a special room as a warehouse and equipnt storage. He also stored 10 gold chests here, all containing level 5-20 weapons, healing pills, low-level talismans, low-level skill books, etc.

Of course, he wouldn't foolishly sell expensive items like silver-grade space rings or intercontinental flying ships.

In addition to the 30 store staff, Lein also employed 20 guards and security personnel, including 15 level 1 players and 5 level 2 players.

Twenty guards were enough to handle problems caused by street drunks. Additionally, he had given them access to the chest containing Gold Warrior Dolls, useful for dealing with stronger troublemakers.

Setting up the store took about an hour. Everyone was now gathered on the first floor.

There were two leaders among the alliance mbers. On the right was a tall, thin middle-aged man with black glasses and a friendly face. This man was Haman, chosen by Nita as the store manager. Next to Haman was Ocit.

Ocit was a 28-year-old man with a muscular build and used a chain with sharp spikes as his weapon.

"Alright... Mr. Haman and Brother Ocit,"

"I will entrust the (Seed Store) to your care. I hope for the best and that it benefits our alliance."

Lein shook hands with both of them and then posted the assignnt in the Alliance Chat.

[Alliance Chat: World Market]

- (Lein) Congratulations to Mr. Haman and Brother Ocit, who will be in charge of the first World Market Alliance store operating in the Gaundu Realm.

- (Laras) Congratulations to Mr. Haman and Brother Ocit.

- (Hana) Congratulations Mr. Haman, Brother Ocit... Best wishes for you...

- (Haikal Emanuel) Congratulations on your assignnt, Mr. Haman and Brother Ocit

...

A festive welco filled the alliance chat.

"Thank you, Mr. Lein."

"Thank you, Mr. Lein."

Both of them sincerely thanked Lein. Not only did they beco important people, but before, they were just ordinary Tier-1 players. Yet, in an instant, they received Silver Badges for promotion to Tier-2. Words couldn't express their joy.

"Nita, how is it? Pretty good?"

After the assignnt handover, Lein and Nita were now looking at their Seed Store.

"Yes... Good... good..." Nita said seriously.

The front of the store featured a large glass display case containing various weapons such as bows, swords, shields, staffs, armor, etc.

Colorful pills and talisman papers were elegantly displayed on the case. Inside the store, there were beautiful chairs and tables for visitors to browse.

They also saw so natives of the Gaundu Realm entering the store, curious and wanting to see the newly established store.

Before long, more and more people ca.

"Hahaha... See, isn't this thod effective?" Nita said proudly.

She suggested giving a 25% discount for the first week to attract initial buyers. After all, their goal wasn't to make a profit but to obtain unique items and establish networks in this vast universe.

"Alright, you are indeed smart..."

"Let's go, don't bother them anymore."

With that, Lein and Nita left the store. They intended to enter another realm and seek their fortune.
