On the opposite side, to the east of Life City, was a city with white-edged borders, managed by Laras, the City of Light. The size of the City of Light wasn't much different from the City of Calamity owned by Mr. Haikal.

Surrounding the three main cities were eight other major cities, each led by a core mber of the World Market Trade alliance. Although their size was smaller than the City of Calamity or the City of Light, the elents and components within the cities were no less sophisticated.

"In Life City alone, there are over 500,000 Thunder Towers, followed by tens of thousands of Galactic Fortresses monitoring the area," Lein said while observing the black tower points on the map, representing the number and location of defense towers.

After observing the entire map, most towers were placed on the island's edges. This was understandable, considering that the strongest threats ca from outside, not from within.

To deal with internal issues, Lein was confident in his Tier-3 power. But not for external attacks—Master or Nascent Soul-level individuals could co and destroy his island out of boredom. Highly dishonorable.

After examining the map, Lein casually observed the surrounding room environnt.

He saw security personnel seated at their stations, closely monitoring every movent recorded by the caras. So were discussing new defense strategies, while others were overseeing live troop training sessions. One screen showed combat training for the newly activated Nest Troops.

Lein felt proud seeing how well his defenses were managed. "With a system like this, even the greatest threats would struggle to penetrate my island's defenses," he thought.

"Alright, let's move on to the next floor," Lein thought to himself, slowly walking towards the nearest elevator door, followed by the female officer.

Shortly after, Lein reached the 31st floor, where the island's environntal monitoring and natural control were managed. The room was filled with greenery, as if a piece of the outdoors had been brought inside the building. Staff mbers here monitored the quality of air, water, and soil, and kept an eye on the weather and climate patterns across the island.

"This kind of situation would never happen on Earth," Lein said softly.

On Earth, people often talked about reforestation or zero emissions. However, it was incredibly difficult to achieve because the largest energy sources they had were power plants that generated pollution.

Lein felt annoyed when he rembered how on Earth, many efforts and campaigns were made to achieve a pollution-free world, but all of them were hindered by a dependency on technology and industries that damaged the environnt.

Despite the grand ambitions to create a greener world, the reality was that fossil fuel power plants still dominated, contributing emissions that hard the atmosphere. Efforts to transition to renewable energy like wind or solar were blocked by various hurdles, both technological and economic.

To Lein, this contradiction was one of the things that frustrated him—the dream was big, but the steps taken often moved them further from that goal.

Here, on the island he controlled, none of those issues were a concern. Technology had advanced so far that he could manage and maintain the balance of nature without worrying about pollution or environntal degradation.

And the most crucial factor was that the energy sources in the Divine Sky realm were pure, such as energy crystals. Lein had an unlimited supply of energy crystals and could use them without limits.

"Huft," Lein sighed deeply, pulling himself out of his thoughts about Earth's dire conditions. He then resud carefully observing the 31st-floor space.

A large wall displayed environntal data in the form of dynamically changing graphs, showing information on pollution levels, average temperature, and sustainability of natural resources. Lein saw that efforts to maintain the ecosystem balance on the island were progressing well, with greening and conservation projects planned for the coming years.

"This is important," Lein thought. "A healthy environnt is the foundation of a strong and sustainable city."

Although the pollution in the Divine Sky realm was not natural, one of the possible sources of pollution was the use of chemical tools from the city's laboratory buildings. However, Lein had already established strict rules regarding this and ensured that no leaks would reach the public environnt.

After surveying the entire area, Lein asked the female officer standing firmly by his side, "Are there any divisions on the upper floors?"

"No more, Sir. However, the top floor has a rooftop with a view of the city," the female officer suggested.

"Hmmm, interesting. Let's check it out," Lein said, walking toward the elevator door.

It didn't take long for Lein to finally arrive at the 50th floor. Upon exiting the elevator, Lein didn't see anything unusual except for a few sofas, tables, and basic anities like a toaster, a water dispenser, etc.

But the most noticeable feature was the door leading to the outside terrace. Lein quickly headed toward the terrace, eager to see it for himself.

When he reached it, a strong wind blew fiercely against his face. Lein ignored it and continued forward until he reached the edge of the terrace.

The view from the top of the tower was breathtaking. Lein could see the entire city, from the bustling streets to the grand buildings he had constructed. In the distance, he could see the coastline and several small islands surrounding the City of Life.

"Wow... so beautiful."

This sight brought a proud smile to Lein's face. "All of this is the result of hard work and dedication," he said calmly.

He took a few monts to enjoy the view, letting the feeling of satisfaction fill him. Lein felt even more motivated to continue building his floating island and becoming the ultimate ruler.

After enjoying the view for 10 minutes at the top of the CCT tower, Lein felt even more motivated to strengthen his floating island and solidify his position as the supre ruler. With a sense of satisfaction, he made his way back down to the ground floor. The loyal female officer accompanying him opened the exit door and gave a respectful salute.

Lein stepped out of the CCT building, his gaze fixed on the magnificent city. He was ready to explore further, ensuring that every aspect of the City of Life was running according to the plans and the grand vision he had set.
