Nina Sinclair cast a cold glance at Ruby Sinclair. The event she had planned was supposed to take place in the winter, yet now it was being held two seasons earlier. Wasn’t this just to ruthlessly push her down?
Now that she had caught this opportunity, Ruby Sinclair naturally seized it with utmost sarcasm.
But Nina Sinclair wasn’t soone who would easily admit defeat. With a cold expression, she said, "No need, keep it for yourself."
Julia Lane jumped out unhappily, pointing at Nina Sinclair and said, "Nina Sinclair, our Manager Sinclair is just afraid your event might go awry, that’s why she wanted to help introduce soone to you. Don’t be ungrateful."
"Ha." Nina Sinclair sneered, "I’m ungrateful, so what?"
As long as you are shaless enough, the opponent won’t be able to attack effectively. Nina Sinclair understood this principle.
Sure enough, Julia Lane’s prepared words got stuck in her throat for a mont.

After Nina Sinclair returned to her office, she slightly relaxed.
She sat at her place, furrowing her brows lightly, truly feeling so headache. Ruby Sinclair snatched her investnt, and now with only a week left until the event, where could she find investors?
Just as Nina Sinclair was troubled, her phone suddenly rang.
It was an unfamiliar call.
A suspicious look appeared on her face, unsure of who was calling her. After hesitating a mont, she swiped to answer, "Hello, who’s this?"
"Hello, Miss Sinclair, I’m President Lennox of H Investnts..."
Upon hearing H Investnts, Nina Sinclair’s expression quickly beca serious.
Previously, this company had invited her and Millie Langley over, but then Ruby Sinclair showed up, and they invested in Ruby Sinclair instead. She was now quite sensitive about this company. What was this call about, and what did he want?
Nina Sinclair’s attitude was sowhat cold, she flatly said, "What is it?"

"Absolutely not!" President Lennox got anxious upon hearing this and hurriedly said, "Miss Sinclair, the previous situation was a misunderstanding. Rest assured, this ti I will personally host you. Whatever amount of investnt you want, I promise to satisfy you!"
After hanging up the phone, Nina Sinclair was still in a state of bewildernt.
Why does it all seem a little unreal, and President Lennox was way too courteous to her!
