Julian Lancaster didn’t bla her.

She already hit him, could he possibly hit back?

His eyes fell on Nina Sinclair’s draft and asked, "Is this mural for Zenith’s outer wall?"

"Yeah, what do you think?" Nina Sinclair showed her sketchbook.

"Not bad." Julian Lancaster sincerely praised.

He has always had a high standard, so getting this evaluation was quite the complint.

Nina Sinclair’s expression dropped, feeling a bit upset; she felt Julian Lancaster’s "not bad" ant it wasn’t great.

Obviously, her skills are excellent, everyone praises her, but it seems a driver has no artistic sense and can’t appreciate it.

Nina Sinclair put down her sketchbook with plans to cook. She turned into the kitchen and began preparing dinner for tonight.

Julian Lancaster watched her back with a puzzled expression, slightly frowning.

Praising her and she’s still unhappy?

It’s known that if Felix Ford and others got his "not bad," they’d be happy all day.

Nina Sinclair is a master in cooking, once she put the rice on, she skillfully moved on to chopping vegetables, handling it all with ease.

As the first dish was ready, she was about to serve it when Julian Lancaster walked in, extending his hand to help, "I’ll take it out."

Seeing him lend a hand, a slight arc appeared on Nina Sinclair’s lips, her earlier annoyance dissipated.

He’s just a bit straightforward, not good at giving complints.

At the dining table, the two sat face to face, the atmosphere quiet and warm, as if they were an old married couple.

Not knowing Julian Lancaster’s tastes, Nina Sinclair cooked two extra dishes tonight.

Stir-fried pepper and at, sautéed celery, tomato scrambled eggs; three dishes and one soup, more than enough for the two.

Julian Lancaster’s gaze fell on the stir-fried pepper and at before him, his handso eyebrows gently furrowing before quickly relaxing again.

He picked up a piece of pepper and actively placed it into Nina Sinclair’s bowl.

"Thank you." Nina Sinclair was a bit surprised.

She hadn’t expected Julian Lancaster to serve her, making her feel flattered.

But soon, Nina Sinclair realized she was being naive.

It seed like Julian Lancaster served her because he doesn’t like peppers!

Whenever he served food, he avoided peppers entirely, not even touching them.

Nina Sinclair paused for a mont and said bluntly, "You gave the peppers because you don’t like them, right?"

She looked into his eyes with a teasing expression, as if saying: Quit pretending, you gave them to because you don’t like them.

"Peppers are rich in Vitamin C, which helps promote fat tabolism, reduce fat, and aid in slimming." Julian Lancaster said with a straight face.

Was he implying she’s fat?

Seeing Nina Sinclair’s unhappy expression, Julian Lancaster rembered Sharon Lancaster once said it’s impolite to call a girl fat.

He added, "You have a great figure, eating peppers can help maintain it, eat more."

Listening to his absurd reasoning, Nina Sinclair smirked, picked up a bunch of peppers with her chopsticks, and placed them in Julian Lancaster’s bowl.

"You’re right, eating peppers has benefits, you should eat more too." See if you’ll still deny it!

Julian Lancaster: "..."

Nina Sinclair just smiled at him, while Julian Lancaster looked at the pile of peppers in his bowl, his brows furrowed like he could squish a mosquito.

Finally, he took a deep breath and ate every pepper in his bowl.

After the al, Nina Sinclair worried Julian Lancaster might break sothing again, so she got up to wash the dishes.

After finishing, she ca out of the kitchen to find Julian Lancaster sitting on the sofa looking at his phone, appearing exceptionally noble and aloof when quiet, creating a sense of unapproachability.

He glanced over and said, "Let’s talk."

"What do you want to say?" Nina Sinclair asked suspiciously as she walked over and sat beside him.

Julian Lancaster paused and asked, "You were with Vincent Lancaster for three years?"
