Evelyn Clayton kissed her forehead and softly said, "Of course, you can. Next ti, I’ll talk to him, and he can have a al with Sharon, how about that?"

Sharon nodded, "Then, mami, will you co, too? I want you to co along..."

The little one’s voice got quieter and quieter, eventually weakening until it beca gentle snores.

Evelyn Clayton tucked the blanket tighter around her.

At night, as usual, Shane Sinclair ca to stay, but this ti, Evelyn Clayton refused to leave, choosing to stay with Shane, fearing he’d spend another sleepless night.

Shane Sinclair said he had napped in the office lounge at noon, but Evelyn Clayton wouldn’t listen.

And most importantly, she stayed because she needed to et Yvette Warren the next day.

The following morning.

After Shane had left, Evelyn Clayton prepared to go.

"Please keep an eye on Sharon for . I’ll be quick."

Evelyn said, then paused, finally reminding them cautiously, "I’m at this address. If I haven’t contacted you by three in the afternoon, please go over and check quickly."

"Alright, don’t worry." Yara Reagan frowned slightly, "Have you thought it through? What if Yvette Warren wants to take this opportunity to expose your identity?"

There was nothing much to hide anymore.

Evelyn Clayton thought to herself.

She reassured Yara and Iris Lockwood, then left alone.

The location Yvette Warren sent to Evelyn Clayton was Zenith One.

The entertainnt facilities here were quite comprehensive, but naturally, daytis couldn’t compare to the liveliness of the night.

Evelyn Clayton entered through the main door, and the greeter, seeing her, naturally led her to a lounge on the third floor. The interior featured rather exquisite Chinese-style decoration, with mahogany tables and chairs, jade screens, and a chessboard and tea set on the table.

After waiting for a while inside, soone pushed open the door to the tea room.

Yvette Warren, clad in a pure white cashre cape over a black slim-fit long dress, walked in leisurely.

Her face, showing almost no hints of age, carried innate pride and cold aloofness, with beautifully lined eyebrows and eyes unable to hide their sharply cold gleam, her long black hair coiled up and held with an exquisite jade hairpin.

Seeing this woman again, Evelyn Clayton could still feel the deliberately emitted icy aura from her, as if intending to instill fear.

"Please sit."

Yvette Warren spoke, her signature slightly hoarse voice adding an indescribable allure to her cold aura.

Evelyn Clayton sat across from her, watching Yvette Warren brew tea with graceful fluidity.

She held her patience, not rushing to ask why Yvette Warren had summoned her there.

Yvette Warren was even less in a hurry.

After a while, she took out a square green jade teacup, poured a cup of hot tea from the clay stove pot, and then placed it in front of Evelyn Clayton.

"Have a taste; this is the ancient thod of brewing tea from the pre-Qin era." Yvette Warren’s lips carried a hint of a distant smile, "I think it’s tastier than the gaiwan tea in Aethelburg."

Yvette Warren spoke with a heavy Aethelburg accent, but it didn’t matter much; Evelyn Clayton’s gaze slowly slid over her face, then she took up the teacup and sipped lightly.

The rich scent of black tea spread in her mouth, warming her stomach. Though it wasn’t particularly healthful in this winter, it was truly comforting.

"It tastes wonderful." Evelyn Clayton complinted, though it was hard to find any real sincerity in her words.

So, Yvette Warren curled her lips.

"Since the tea is good, take so with you when you leave. Oh, and take so for my second sister as well; she likes black tea too."
