Evelyn Clayton took a deep breath, pressed her lips together, and turned around to walk away.

"Where are you going?"

Jas Grant’s astonished, cold voice sounded behind her.

Without looking back, she directly got into the car.

"The hospital."

...

The hospital.

Evelyn Clayton and Jas Grant drove to the hospital where Harrison Grant had previously been admitted.

They found the doctor who had treated Harrison Grant before, wanting to get the hospital records, but were told that it was signed confidential information and would not be unsealed without personal consent.

She frowned her eyebrows: "What about Sumr Monroe’s?"

The doctor was unsure of Sumr Monroe’s relation to Harrison Grant and pondered for a mont.

"There seems to be this patient’s record, but it’s also confidential information."

Evelyn Clayton’s expression was cold.

Sumr Monroe’s records are also confidential, it seems her suspicion was correct.

She was thinking about how to get Sumr Monroe’s dical records when suddenly her arm was pulled, forcefully dragged outside.

Looking up, she saw the broad, towering figure of Jas Grant.

"Jas Grant, what are you doing?!"

She was dragged out of the doctor’s office by him.

Outside the door, she shook his hand off with a cold face, staring at him, angry: "Are you crazy? We were about to find out, why did you pull out?"

He lazily crossed his arms in front of his chest, slightly raised his chin, with no anger in his eyes: "Didn’t you hear it’s confidential information? Do you think they’ll give it to you that easily?"

He was right.

Evelyn Clayton was deflated, but still upset with him.

"Then what should we do, just watch?"

Jas Grant didn’t answer, instead, he took out his phone, made a call, his thin lips casually uttering a few words: "Find Sumr Monroe’s dical records, give them to imdiately."

He hung up the phone, but t Evelyn Clayton’s sharp gaze.

She tightened her lips, gritted her teeth, squeezing out a sentence: "So you had a way to get the records all along, and you were just playing riddles with from the start?!"

Jas Grant raised a single eyebrow, his captivating handso face exceptionally alluring, yet infuriatingly helpless.

He shrugged indifferently: "You didn’t ask."

"..."

A burst of blood rushed up, Evelyn Clayton’s eyes were blazing with fire.

She clenched her teeth tightly, stared at his enticing face, and nodded fiercely.

Alright, daring to ss with her, she’d rember it.

A few minutes later, the closed office door opened again.

It was the sa doctor, but this ti his attitude was completely different.

The doctor handed over the dical records respectfully with both hands: "Sorry, Director Grant, I was abrupt earlier, the records have been found for you, please review them."

Standing in front of Evelyn Clayton, Jas Grant took the records, turned, and handed them to her.

She glared at him disdainfully, inwardly mocking his pretense, raised her hand to take the records for a look.

The dical records docunted all of Sumr Monroe’s hospitalization information.

In the records, Evelyn Clayton indeed discovered that every ti Sumr Monroe was hospitalized coincided with Harrison Grant’s hospitalization.

It seems her suspicion was correct!

Harrison Grant used the excuse of receiving blood transfusions while hospitalized, but in reality transferred her blood to Sumr Monroe, who was also hospitalized.

Evelyn Clayton took a photo of the dical record, returned it to the doctor, and turned to leave the hospital with Jas Grant.

At the hospital entrance, she suddenly stopped and turned around, seemingly having made a decision.

"Jas Grant, find an excuse to get Sumr Monroe to et up."

Jas Grant raised an eyebrow at her gaze: "What are you planning to do?"

"Find an opportunity, injure her."

Evelyn Clayton rembered last ti, at the photo studio too.

Sumr Monroe clearly suffered such severe injuries, yet refused to go to the hospital, her physique must not easily withstand injuries.
