After a good night's sleep, Shye's body recovered to its peak and he was now on the way towards the warrior course arena.
Their match was scheduled early today so he had to leave ho early.
"Crowley! You're finally here! Why are you always late?!"
Instructor Fienna frustratedly said after seeing the arriving Shye.
The whole class was already walking up the stage and Anthony was ready to imdiately give up once the battle began if Shye didn't arrive on ti.
Fortunately for Anthony, he was able to breathe a sigh of relief after seeing their captain arrive since they stood no chance against the class of the 2nd-ranked Eusford Banehollow without Shye.
After getting a smack on the back of his head, Shye walked up the stage with an embarrassed expression.
While he was walking up the stage, the eyes of the fourth-year students almost popped out of their sockets due to the badge that Shye was wearing.
The Order of the Black Sword!
The tournant hasn't ended yet but Shye Crowley has already been obtained by The Order of the Black Sword?!
The fourth-year students who were eyeing Shye panicked.
They were entrusted by the leaders of their society to obtain the best freshman student possible for their society and while they were indecisive about Shye Crowley's true strength, The Order of the Black Sword decisively recruited him
If Shye Crowley turned out to be the best student out of all the freshn, then they would be in trouble.
The other fourth-year students from the top-tier adventurer societies also had the idea to invite Shye Crowley yesterday.
However, they ultimately decided to watch a bit more to see his actual abilities and make sure that he didn't just get lucky.
That small window of opportunity, however, was imdiately grabbed by The Order of the Black Sword.
They could only hope and pray that Shye Crowley wouldn't turn out to be the best prospect.
After a few minutes of preparation on stage, the two classes were ready to battle it out.
Eusford Banehollow stared deeply into Shye's eyes as if he were trying to unveil his every secret.
"Begin!"
Once the referee announced the start of the match, the dark horses during the start of the tournant which were a part of Eusford's class imdiately charged at Shye.
It was three versus one. anwhile, Eusford himself charged towards Anthony and Shirley.
Shye was annoyed. He thought that everyone in the top three would have a huge ego but this Eusford guy seems like he's the type of guy that will do anything to get the win.
Eusford believed that he could defeat Anthony and Shirley faster than Shye could defeat the three dark horses.
"Tch!"
Shye imdiately unleashed his full power, he activated [Enhanced Reaction Ti Lv.1] to perfectly dodge an attack of one of his opponents by a hair's breadth and made his opponent fall unconscious with a single horizontal slash to the guy's neck.
Then, he didn't spare any skills and imdiately used his [Dash Lv.1] [Power Slash Lv.1] combo to take out another dark horse.
On the other hand, Eusford wasn't able to take either Anthony or Shirley out.
He was a bit surprised that the two had perfect coordination and that he wasn't able to defeat them as fast as he thought.
However, Eusford smiled after glancing at Shye and seeing him normally run towards his third opponent.
"Hmmm...So you've run out of skills huh? Let guess...[Dash Lv.1], [Power Slash, Lv.1], and [Enhanced Reaction Ti Lv.1]. Not a bad combination of skills but unfortunately, you've already displayed all of your skills."
Eusford muttered to himself.
"We surrender!"
Everyone was shocked after hearing Eusford's surrender. It was a bit too early to give up just because two of your classmates were taken out, wasn't it?
However, Eusford didn't care. He could stand losing to Siegfried Lionheart but he couldn't stand losing to a nobody.
Still, he was satisfied because he knew that it would be hard for Shye to defeat Siegfried when all of his skills had already been exposed.
He smirked annoyingly at Shye before walking down towards the stage.
His strategy would have been effective against anyone else but unfortunately, he was up against Shye and his system.
Unbeknownst to Eusford, Shye was inwardly sneering at his ineffective plan.
Not only were two of his dependable classmates taken out, but even his plan of exposing Shye's skills weren't effective at all.
"You want to play gas with ? Let's see you play gas with my system then!"
