Chapter 48 Best thing
After eating at the restaurant, Lei Zhao decided that they should take a stroll on the streets for the food to digest. Yan i knew he wanted to take a walk with her but his poor excuse of wanting the food to digest made her laugh out.

Lei Zhao threw Yan i a glance and saw her deep in thought with a soft smile tugged on her lips. He stroked her palm with his thumb.

Lei Zhao heaved a sigh when she didn't respond. "I'm sorry for forcing you and calling a coward."
Yan i shook her head. "It's okay."
They beca quiet for a few monts before Lei Zhao spoke.

Yan i bit her lips because what he was saying was the truth. She has been hurt badly that she is afraid to be happy again. She refused to let anyone in her heart because she didn't want to get hurt or hurt the person. Yan i realized that she has even forgotten what it felt like to be loved and pampered by a man. Yan i froze when she heard him. She rembered going to a club a few months ago but she didn't rember anything when she woke up. Her grandpa had let his security co for her and cleared the security caras. So she t him there?
She heaved a sigh.

Lei Zhao chuckled slightly, "That makes the two of us." He said directly his eyes brewing with emotions.
Yan i was shocked. The Lei Zhao she knew was shaless and lively but the man looking at her with such burning emotions in his eyes as if he can see through her made her quite speechless.
"I'm not ready, Lei Zhao."
He nodded, "That's okay, you're the missing piece in my life all these years. Now that I have found you I don't mind waiting for you."
"What do you even like about !? I'm moody, rude, and always fighting with you. Aren't you tired of ?"
Lei Zhao let out a quiet laugh, "I also want to know the answer to that question. You have a bad personality, always driving crazy and making frustrated but I can't let you go. My love for you grows every day. Maybe you've cast a spell on . Yeah, it's definitely a spell."
Yan i chuckled when she heard him and shook her head helplessly. The shaless Lei Zhao was back.
"You have to promise sothing wifey."
"What?" She asked.
"Don't make wait for too long. Who knows maybe one day, you will turn and I might not be there."
Yan i held her breath as her heart suddenly tightened. She stopped walking and turned to look at him. Her eyes t his and he smiled softly at her as if he didn't say anything
"Let's sit down on that bench." Lei Zhao said as he walked her towards the bench.
They sat down quietly as they looked at the stars in the sky.
"My mom told when people die they beco stars and look after us from the skies." Yan i said after a few monts of silence.
Lei Zhao turned to look at her and saw the nostalgic look on her face. He took her hand and squeezed it softly.
Yan i turned to look at him and turned to look at the stars. There were four stars which had ford a circle.
Yan i looked at the stars and suddenly rembered her best friend.
