Anger flared within Ye Tong again, but she didn’t dare let it show.
She took a deep breath. "You know what her temper is like. After everything we did to upset her, she won’t help now, no matter how much I beg."
At the ntion of Ye Yuning’s temper, Zheng Cai’s expression softened slightly.
