"Jasper, just a few days left until New Year’s Eve."

Hearing Nora Northwood’s words, Jasper Sinclair calculated with his fingers and found that it was exactly ten days away.

"Where do you want to spend this New Year’s Eve?"

"Let’s go back to the family residence."

In fact, Nora never really thought about this question.

Ever since she married Jasper Sinclair, she naturally assud that every New Year’s Eve, they would stay at The Sinclair Residence, reuniting with the whole family.

Jasper Sinclair indeed indulged her, but the necessary formalities still had to be observed.

Yet, this year was another special case.

Nora was unsure whether she could withstand the year with her current health condition... What if the dicine’s effects kicked in while at The Sinclair Residence, would Grandma Sinclair be frightened by her?

There were too many uncertainties.

"If there’s sowhere else you want to go, we don’t have to return to The Sinclair Residence."

"Okay."

Both of them had their own concerns. Jasper Sinclair was wondering, in ten days, would he be able to find the formula for the antidote?

He didn’t want to spend New Year’s Eve in sorrow.

According to current clues, it was known that Damien could concoct the antidote.

Put another way, the formula was in Damien’s mind. Even if he turned all of Paris upside down, he might not find it.

However... the demand made by that woman was simply outrageous.

Jasper Sinclair would absolutely not agree, as it ant changing a wife’s perspective.

Suddenly, a new idea flashed through his mind.

Jasper Sinclair’s eyes narrowed slightly. If he found Damien’s rivals, could he use them to make Damien hand over the formula?

There’s an old saying: an enemy’s enemy is a friend.

At that point, Damien would have no choice but to hand over the antidote formula in exchange for leaving Paris.

With this idea, Jasper Sinclair imdiately began an investigation.

It must be said that Damien had offended quite a few people in Paris.

After all, being young and impulsive was perfectly exemplified by her behavior.

Jasper Sinclair even suspected that if it weren’t for the presence of that little boy, Damien’s tactics might have been even more reckless.

It seed that not many people knew she was hiding in the slums.

That night, Jasper Sinclair released so information. Although he didn’t explicitly ntion Damien’s na, many in the underworld knew there was a big shot hiding in the slums.

Most people are naturally curious.

Even if this so-called big shot had nothing to do with them, they wanted to join in the excitent.

And so, Damien’s whereabouts were exposed.

During this ti, Jasper Sinclair also received a ssage from Shane Shepherd. Even he had learned of Damien’s whereabouts.

As expected, Damien once again resud a life of hiding.

From one slum, she moved to another.

At this mont, Damien hadn’t realized that the disclosure of her location was due to Jasper Sinclair.

And so, three days passed.

On the fourth day, Jasper Sinclair received a call from Damien.

"You bastard, was it you who exposed my location?"

Damien finally realized what had happened.

But she couldn’t be completely sure.

Of course, Jasper Sinclair wouldn’t admit that all this was his doing.

"I don’t understand what you’re talking about. When will you give the antidote formula?"

Hearing Jasper Sinclair say this, Damien wavered again, "Are you sure you don’t understand what I’m talking about?"
