When Grandma Sinclair arrived, Nora Northwood had nearly finished cooking the al.

Five dishes and one soup, a lucky number, which made Grandma Sinclair even happier seeing the spread.

"Our Nora is both beautiful and homaking," Grandma Sinclair said.

Raina Sinclair stayed silent, but noticed that their interaction had improved significantly compared to her previous visit, letting her feel slightly relieved.

After the al, Grandma Sinclair had to return to the hospital to recuperate, not staying long before she left.

Before leaving, she intentionally pulled Nora aside, said sothing unknown, leaving Nora montarily stunned, then blushing fiercely.

"You can’t go wrong following Grandma’s advice," Grandma Sinclair said as she left.

Turning around, Nora t Mr. Sinclair’s gaze and suddenly turned away, embarrassed.

"What did Grandma say to you?" he asked, slightly puzzled.

"Oh, nothing much," she briefly dismissed.

How could she ntion that Grandma urged her to capture Jasper Sinclair and insisted Mr. Sinclair was the stubborn type?

Seeing her reluctance to elaborate, Jasper Sinclair didn’t pressure her.

Never mind, Grandma would only say those things, he quickly moved on to handle docunts in the study.

...

A few days later, Nora Northwood was stunned by a ssage on her phone; Master Elaine actually invited her over?

Unable to resist, she pinched herself, tidied up a bit, and prepared for the visit.

However, it’s customary to bring a gift the first ti eting soone.

Considering Master Elaine’s status, ordinary items might not be appealing.

With that in mind, she made so pastries to bring along.

Upon arrival, it was Yuna Hughes who opened the door.

"Miss Nora Northwood is here, please co in," Yuna Hughes smiled with squinted eyes.

Nora felt strange; previously, this woman caused quite a scene at the auction, now she seed overly familiar.

Scratching her head, Nora was baffled.

Nodding as a greeting, she changed into slippers and headed to Master Elaine.

Tasting a bite of the rice cake she made, Master Elaine’s eyes lit up: "This tastes really good, I didn’t expect you to have such skill."

"Not at all, it’s just that Master doesn’t mind," she replied, her face flushed.

Surveying the room, she suddenly noticed a watch placed on the tea table.

Slightly stunned, she rembered Mr. Sinclair had this watch before, but ntioned losing it a few days ago; why was it here with Master Elaine?

Seeing her gaze fixed on the watch, Master Elaine finally explained: "This belongs to a younger relative of mine; he left in a hurry and forgot to take it."

Pouring her a cup of tea, the fragrance wafted into her nose, and she steadied her emotions slightly.

"Could I ask the na of this gentleman? It’s rather bold, but a friend of mine also has a watch like this, and said he didn’t know where he left it a few days ago." She inquired.

Elaine paused, but before she could reply, Yuna Hughes interjected.

"Miss Nora Northwood must be mistaken; this watch was left by President Sinclair, and your friend couldn’t possibly be President Sinclair, right?"

Yuna’s face had a smile, her words sounded fine at first, but her tone was laced with sarcasm, seemingly mocking Nora’s presumptions.

Nora didn’t engage with her: "Perhaps I mistaken it, I wonder what advice Master Elaine has for today?"

Elaine had liked this girl from the first eting.

Unpretentious, always humble regardless of circumstance, inexplicably familiar.

"I just wanted to discuss the matter of spices with you."
