After leaving the hospital, Jasper Sinclair did not rush back to Crimson Hill Villa.

He knew that once he returned, it would inevitably lead to another round of headache-inducing problems.

He sat in the car cabin, lowered the partition, and enjoyed a rare mont of calm.

In his mind, Liam Jacobs’ words kept replaying.

What connection could there be between his parents and Peach Bell?

Regarding this mory, Jasper Sinclair couldn’t recall anything, it could be said he had no clue at all.

The weakness brought on by his mory loss was becoming increasingly apparent, like being led by the nose.

So many things had happened before and after, and Jasper Sinclair was desperate to regain his mory.

Unfortunately, his attending physician had no solution either.

All he could do was wait, endlessly wait.

Thinking it over, Jasper called Louis Hayes to inquire about his parents’ connections with Peach Bell.

On the phone, Louis Hayes held nothing back, sharing everything he knew.

Louis had a very good habit of recording and saving any important matters.

He reopened the docunts from past investigations into Peach Bell from the USB drive and sent them to Jasper’s private email.

With detailed investigation materials, Jasper gained a more direct understanding of the past involving Peach Bell and his parents.

In an instant, his mood beca extrely heavy.

At the sa ti, he realized that his mory loss in lbourne was because he had tried to rescue Peach Bell from traffickers.

Things beca convoluted, and now that he knew so much, Jasper couldn’t ignore Peach Bell.

To verify the authenticity of the matter, he disregarded the lateness of the hour and found Raina Sinclair to ask again.

The result was self-evident.

From his aunt’s words, he learned that if Peach Bell had appeared a few years earlier, she might have replaced Nora Northwood.

At this mont, a ssage from Nora popped up on the main screen.

"When will you be ho?"

Jasper glanced at it, then swiped it away without replying.

Only after he digested everything he had learned did he have the driver start the engine.

The sky had long darkened, with only the office buildings in the bustling city center still lit.

On what should have been a lively night, Jasper found himself isolated in a small, enclosed space with his thoughts.

The black Maybach drove smoothly, slowly making its way into the villa district.

The iron gates deep inside the villa district opened silently.

Uncle Kevin was looking out expectantly, and when he saw the car pull up, he rushed forward to greet him.

The first thing the elderly man said was, "Madam has been waiting for you in the living room all this ti, she didn’t even have dinner."

"Got it."

Contrary to Uncle Kevin’s expectations, Jasper did not react strongly to this.

The old man silently speculated whether they had argued again.

Uncle Kevin was feeling overwheld, not only having to worry about the villa’s chores but also their marital relationship.

Just before entering the living room, Jasper pushed aside all the chaotic thoughts in his head.

No matter what, Nora was his wife.

He knew well how to position Nora and Peach Bell in his life.

After changing into a pair of comfortable slippers at the entranceway, he approached the center of the living room to find Nora lounging on the sofa like a lazy Persian cat.

The light-colored leather sofa slightly sagged as Jasper sat down.

"Nora, I’m back. I’m sorry to have kept you waiting so long."
