Until the fourth day.

The coldest ti of the year had passed, and awaiting Nora Northwood was a stretched Lincoln.

The only person returning to Stanton City was her.

Elaine would stay, accompanying the old man to celebrate the New Year, and the mother and daughter would et again after the spring started.

"I should introduce you to Grandpa; he’s a really interesting old man."

Nora thought she miscalculated; if she had kept him last ti, perhaps she wouldn’t feel so much longing now.

"This is your ti to reunite with your family. There’ll be plenty of chances to et your grandfather later."

"That makes sense. Next ti, we’ll be better prepared before coming."

They talked for quite a while before Nora realized that there was no central control in the back seat, and they were sitting close to each other.

Soon, the divider went up.

Now they were in two separate little worlds from the driver’s seat, undisturbed by each other.

This ti, Jasper Sinclair made no effort to conceal his intentions.

His flirtation and boldness were all displayed before Nora at this mont.

"Sit on my lap, Nora."

Nora hesitated for a while, her thin lips pressed tightly into a line as if she was having an internal struggle.

Sit or not to sit?

Her hesitation was obvious to the man as he explained, "The soundproofing of the divider is excellent; even if you scream for help now, the driver won’t stop."

So, under Jasper’s tender gaze, she moved over.

In their daily lives, they rarely interacted in such a manner.

Nora felt a bit uncomfortable, so Jasper casually chatted to distract her.

"Did you miss during these days apart?"

"Yes." Nora nodded, "After so ti when we’re less busy, let’s go and handle the remarriage procedures."

"There’s no need."

"What?" Nora was stunned for a mont, not understanding what Jasper ant.

"I never signed the divorce papers you sent over, not even once."

Upon hearing that, Nora smiled, "Why didn’t you sign them?"

She understood in her heart but wanted to hear it from Jasper himself.

Jasper kissed her, not with an impending storm, but softly and lastingly, his calloused hand also moved under her clothes.

A tingling sensation spread through Nora, but she persisted with her question, "Jasper, why didn’t you sign?"

Jasper didn’t answer her, his hands only becoming more mischievous.

"Do you want to say it myself?"

As he spoke, his hand slid into her underwear.

Nora shivered slightly, even a small movent was felt by the person beneath her.

She clung to the last bit of rationality and said, "I want you to say it."

The word "say" was barely spoken before her lips were once again sealed, as if the kiss was never enough.

The sounds of saliva mingling drowned out their heavy breathing, making anyone listening blush.

Nora’s legs tensed as her hands clutched tightly on either side of Jasper’s shoulders, afraid of falling, which would be embarrassing.

Soon, sobbing sounds filled the car, followed by soone’s plea for rcy.

"Jasper, not here, okay?"

Nora’s thoughts weren’t liberal enough to indulge in car sex.

Her heart raced, trying to awaken Jasper’s consciousness to prevent anything from really happening there.

The man’s neck was already red from her fingernails, leaving a series of red marks.

"Jasper, we’ll be ho soon."

It took quite a while for Jasper to finally release her, the veins on the back of his hand slowly subsiding, his Adam’s apple bobbing repeatedly, not knowing how much strength it took to calm down.
