When Vincent Morgan returned to Master Elaine’s side, quite a while had already passed.

"Why did you stay out for so long?" Elaine asked him.

"I ran into Nora Northwood. She’s the volunteer who donated blood to you."

"No wonder Jasper is at the hospital too." The two chatted briefly and then turned the page on the topic.

A few days later.

A big announcent erged in the perfu industry: VK has independently developed a food-inspired product series.

The previously silent netizens jumped out, rushing to the official Weibo to comnt.

"Is there a hot pot scent? I want it to satisfy my cravings, preferably the extra spicy version!"

"I vote for durian."

"Doesn’t anyone love the salty-sweet cheese cream?"

Nora Northwood browsed through the comnts, amused by the netizens’ imagination, which cleared away her gloom.

In the end, she liked the cheese cream comnt.

She picked up her formula book again, drew a slash next to "coconut milk," added cheese and light cream.

This was her and Shane Hamilton’s collaborative creation, a new series with a dessert flavor, expected to launch in late September.

The ringtone interrupted her inspiration montarily.

The screen showed the note for Master Elaine; Nora roughly guessed why the call was coming.

Answering the phone, she called out Aunt Hutchinson, her voice carrying a softness she hadn’t noticed herself.

For so reason, she always felt that Elaine gave her a familiar sensation, as if they had known each other for many years.

"Nora, do you have ti for dinner together tonight?" Elaine’s tone was kind and warm, like the caring affection from a family elder.

Nora quickly scanned the remaining agenda; an afternoon was enough to resolve it, so she agreed: "I’m free, done with work at six-thirty."

"I’ll send you the address later, co over with Jasper."

Nora hesitated; she hadn’t publicly disclosed her divorce from Jasper Sinclair.

The vibrant inspiration disrupted by the ntion of "Jasper," she held the phone tightly, torn about whether to notify Jasper to attend together.

Her thoughts hit an obstacle, and she fell into a dead end.

With a wave of her hands, Nora decided to stroll into the lobby, where she encountered a familiar face.

Technically not a friend, more like a familiar acquaintance.

"Sis-in-law."

Rhys Linden scratched the back of his head; he clearly hadn’t expected to run into Nora here.

By logic, shouldn’t a big boss be sitting in an office sipping tea with crossed legs?

"Mr. Linden, picking out a fragrance diffuser?"

Rhys Linden, a few years older than Nora, calling her sis-in-law, always brought an indescribable awkwardness, especially given her divorce from Jasper.

"Yes, it’s for my girlfriend—need so help with recomndations?"

"Turn left ahead for the won’s fragrance selections, follow ."

Subsequently, Nora recomnded a few fragrance diffusers to Rhys Linden, who accepted her advice like soone patronizing rather than truly gifting.

At checkout, Nora instructed the staff: "Give this gentleman a ten percent discount."

"Thanks, sis-in-law."

After sending Rhys Linden off, Nora returned to the fragrance studio, sitting before a long row of essences.

Only by savoring scents could she swiftly calm her mind.

She took out her formula book, opened a blank page, and wrote down new keywords: Aloofness, Rejection, Separation, ditation.

With these words in her mind, her gaze lingered on the bottles and jars on the glass shelf, unable to pick any raw materials.
