Finnian Lawrence’s gaze, several tis, darted towards Nora Northwood, as if asking, "Did you understand?"

In the audience, Nora Northwood sat with a straight back like an attentive student, occasionally jotting down notes.

"This is the profitability of the fragrance industry in recent years." As Finnian Lawrence spoke, he turned slightly, fully revealing the screen behind him.

Soone in the audience was taking photos, forgetting to turn off the flash.

As the lecture was about to end, everyone’s thoughts lingered, followed by wave after wave of applause.

Finnian Lawrence did not leave the podium directly; there was still a Q&A session, where several people raised their hands, mostly young won.

Nora Northwood was among them, eager to stand up from her seat, but her upbringing told her she shouldn’t do that.

The organizers had pre-selected a few people, and Finnian Lawrence called their nas based on the information he had previously received.

The first few questions were quite formal, without much originality. When it got to the fourth questioner, Finnian Lawrence finally looked at Nora Northwood again.

"Row three, seat thirteen." It was her seat number.

The two exchanged glances across the space, and Nora Northwood picked up the microphone on the edge of the table, asking a question that had puzzled her for a long ti: "With the ergence of perfu aromas, the status of traditional incense in daily life has gradually been replaced. Mr. Lawrence, do you think our country’s traditional incense can regain its forr glory?"

Finnian Lawrence lowering his head slightly, looking down at her from the podium, "The traditions of our ancestors can’t be forgotten. In my opinion, the dostic market currently needs fresh blood to lead traditional incense, push it internationally, and open up new paths."

"Thank you, Mr. Lawrence, for clearing up the confusion." After speaking, Nora Northwood bowed at a ninety-degree angle.

She thought, Finnian Lawrence was telling her that she could, indeed, chart a new path for Chinese scent-making.

"May I ask which brand you are a perfur for?"

In an instant, she understood what Finnian Lawrence ant, quietly cleared her throat, and replied in a brighter voice.

"Founder of VK Brand, Nora Northwood."

Being asked by Finnian Lawrence was equivalent to recognition. From then on, VK thoroughly entered the eyes of the elite, and when people ntion the brand, they would unconsciously associate it with traditional Chinese incense-making.

In the following lectures, Nora Northwood listened even more intently but refrained from raising her hand to ask questions.

She had already had enough spotlight today; to continue might make her stand out in an unfavorable way, and that would not be worth it.

The forum would conclude at four in the afternoon, and Nora Northwood sent a WeChat ssage to Finnian Lawrence.

"Thank you for answering my question today, it has given a new direction."

After sending the first ssage, she began editing the second one.

"You’re the officially invited guest today. Will you be having dinner with the organizers’ staff later?"

Her implication: Is there ti to have dinner together?

It seems Finnian Lawrence didn’t notice the ssage, as he replied fifteen minutes later.

"Just saw the ssage, I’m about to go have dinner with the organizers. I’ll invite you to visit the Lawrence Family when I return."

Waiting by her phone, Nora Northwood saw the ssage as soon as it arrived, and sent back an OK emoji.

She understood this to an that visiting the Lawrence Family was akin to collaborating with them.

After the three-day seminar ended, Nora Northwood planned to stay in the Corinthia area for an additional day to conduct so market research.
