Ruan Pianran walked into the kitchen with an empty cup, just as the phone rang.

"If we’re pretending, we need to do it well. We should look like a real couple and not mind boundaries." Chu Chen smiled at Mi Jing, who was staring at them in shock, and then whispered softly in Ruan Pianran’s ear.
