"Miss, are you checking out?"
As soon as the door opened, Ruan Pianran was faced with a tall, beautiful woman dressed in a uniform, clearly a hotel staff mber.
"I didn’t say I was checking out," Ruan Pianran said, looking bewildered.
"Oh, it’s just that checkout ti is almost here, so I wanted to confirm if you’d like to extend your stay?"
"..." It’s only seven in the morning; checking out this early? This hotel’s checkout ti is really strange! Other hotels usually have a noon checkout.
"Miss, would you like to extend your stay in this presidential suite?" The female staff mber patiently asked again, not getting a response from Ruan Pianran.
"No," Ruan Pianran replied lightly.
"Then your bill is fifty-five thousand. Will you be paying by cash or card?" the staff mber asked again.
Fifty-five thousand?

However, on the surface, she remained calm and said evenly, "Do I have to settle the bill now? I haven’t packed my things yet. Can I do it at the cashier downstairs later?"

With this thought, Ruan Pianran’s dissatisfaction with Chu Chen deepened further, but she had to endure it and couldn’t explode right now!
Ten minutes later, Chu Chen erged from the bathroom in a bathrobe. Ruan Pianran glanced at him calmly, not attracted by his dashing appearance, and said flatly, "Your clothes have arrived."

"Pretend to be my girlfriend and accompany to dinner tonight," Chu Chen said straightforwardly.
"And if I don’t agree?"
"I won’t force you, but I helped you, shouldn’t you repay the favor?" Chu Chen raised an eyebrow.
So that’s it. He had it all planned out; otherwise, why would he be so kind to offer to bring her here!
"Ti and place." Having been tricked by Chu Chen, Ruan Pianran was naturally upset, but if a dinner could shut him up and prevent future trouble, she was willing to compromise!
"Give your phone number. I’ll contact you then."
Without hesitation, Ruan Pianran quickly recited a string of digits, knowing that with Chu Chen’s abilities, finding out her number was extrely easy.
"Can I go now?" Not wanting to face Chu Chen for another mont, Ruan Pianran asked coldly.
"No money, no phone, where can you go? The clothes are prepared for you. Take a shower first, then co out for breakfast."
"Does this an I owe you another favor?" After their conversation, Ruan Pianran’s vigilance increased.
"What if I say it’s a special favor for a friend’s sister-in-law?"
"Then thank you."
Saying this, Ruan Pianran moved to the coffee table, checked the exquisite branded bag, picked out the one with won’s clothes, and carried it into the bathroom.
Intentionally avoiding Chu Chen, Ruan Pianran enjoyed a comfortable bath and dawdled for over half an hour before coming out of the bathroom.
Just as she hoped, Chu Chen had already left. The spacious room was filled with light, with sunlight streaming through the floor-to-ceiling window, spreading warmth.

Rushing to the bed, Ruan Pianran picked up the bag left on it, quickly rummaged through it, and, finding nothing missing, breathed a sigh of relief and smiled faintly.
However, after the joy, questions arose. The bag, which was missing just monts ago, had suddenly appeared here?
Instantly, Ruan Pianran’s smile faded. Realizing only she and Chu Chen knew where the bag had been left, and nobody else knew.
It seed Chu Chen had helped her, but Ruan Pianran felt no gratitude towards him. Thinking of all his past misdeeds ignited her anger, boiling within!

Perhaps hunger was mingled with anger; her stomach growled, and so of her anger was dissolved by the hunger.
Breakfast was laid on the coffee table, previously occupied by the bag that was now gone. Various shapes and sizes of cups and plates dominated the table.
The breakfast was rich and plentiful, with soy milk, fried dough sticks, mushroom chicken congee, fried rice noodles, and fried rice from the Chinese nu, as well as milk and sandwiches from the Western nu.
Typical rich guy behavior!
What a waste just for breakfast!
Frowning, Ruan Pianran inwardly despised Chu Chen, dismissing his thoughtful gesture with a simple "waste" in her heart!
