Chapter 307: Lucan Said ‘Field Trip’ and Now We’re in a Carriage to Hell
Day by day, he steadily improved his mastery of spells, swordsmanship, and combat techniques, determined not to stagnate due to frustration. He also started learning Alchemy during the evenings as he made astonishing progress within a single week as he reached Tier 3 in it.
One particularly bright morning, Orion was greeted with good news—Seraph, who had remained unconscious for a long period, had finally woken up.
Hearing this, Orion imdiately visited her room, carefully approaching the fragile girl. Seraph appeared much healthier than before after drinking the potion, with her green hair draped softly over her slender shoulders, her eyes reflecting quiet happiness at seeing Orion arrive.
“Good morning, Seraph,” Orion greeted gently, smiling reassuringly as he approached her bedside. “It’s good to see you awake again. How do you feel?”
Seraph’s eyes held a hint of gratitude as she saw her flawless skin without any of the old scars. She slowly nodded her head and said with a soft voice, “I feel… better now. Thank you… for everything you’ve… done for .”
Orion softly shook his head, his dual-colored eyes filled with sincerity and compassion. “Seraph, you don’t have to thank like this each ti. You are part of my family. Rest assured, we’ll find a way to fully heal you.”
Their daily interactions soon beca a comforting routine, Orion spending ti conversing softly with her each day, easing her worries and gradually building her trust and confidence.
As their daily routine continued, Orion began considering the next step for the group.
One afternoon, after another fruitful training session, he approached Lucan in the mansion’s lush garden, gently pulling him aside for a private discussion beneath the soothing shade of an ancient oak tree.
“Brother Lucan,” Orion began thoughtfully, his voice calm yet firm, “I believe it’s ti for our club to experience so practical exploration. Could you help find an ancient ruin or trial ground within Thunderpeak Kingdom? It shouldn’t be too dangerous, but challenging enough to test our limits.”
Lucan’s eyes imdiately glead with interest, a mischievous smile forming as he nodded enthusiastically. “Absolutely, Young Master! Leave it to . I’ll thoroughly investigate suitable locations. Give a few days, and I promise I’ll find an excellent place.”
Satisfied, Orion thanked Lucan warmly, returning his attention to preparations. Shortly thereafter, he also visited Limitless Haven’s market shop, surprising Magi with a trove of extra treasures obtained from recent gacha draws.
Magi’s eyes nearly bulged from his head in excitent, his delighted laughter echoing joyfully throughout the shop.
“Young Master, you’re spoiling !” Magi exclaid gleefully, carefully inspecting each treasure with delight. “These items will sell wonderfully! Our shop’s reputation and profits will surely soar!”
Orion smiled softly, pleased by Magi’s evident enthusiasm. “Glad you’re happy, Magi. Let’s continue doing our best to grow Limitless Haven together.”
Days continued passing peacefully, filled with steady growth, diligent training, and productive routines.
Before long, an entire week slipped by quietly yet fruitfully, each day bringing steady improvent and deepened camaraderie.
By the week’s end, the entire club had visibly grown stronger and more confident, their mutual trust and friendships strengthened imnsely as they had never trained together like this before.
Orion, standing quietly in the garden beneath the gently swaying trees, felt a profound sense of pride and satisfaction watching everyone’s hard-earned progress.
His gaze quietly drifted across his gathered friends—Arya and Emilia sharing smiles, Elias joking lightly with Kale and Felira, Nyss quietly polishing her chosen weapon, and Sylvia calmly stretching nearby.
A warm feeling of contentnt surged through Orion’s chest as he quietly murmured inwardly to Lumi, “We’re finally ready. This next exploration will mark the beginning of our true adventures.”
Lumi’s virtual presence shimred warmly in agreent, her voice filled with excitent and anticipation as she cheerfully replied,

Smiling warmly, Orion nodded in quiet agreent. The peaceful days of training and bonding had laid an unshakable foundation for the challenges and adventures soon to co.
Orion glanced around at his friends, feeling the comforting breeze rustle gently through the garden, carrying with it the familiar fragrance of blooming flowers. A tall tree stood at the backside of the training field, gathering the surrounding mana in place.
Sunlight filtered warmly through the trees, casting soft golden hues across the courtyard. He took a deep breath, savoring this fleeting mont of peace, before clapping lightly to gather everyone’s attention.
“Alright, everyone,” Orion began, his voice clear, calm. “We’ve trained hard this past week, pushed ourselves, and built a foundation stronger than ever. But training can only take us so far—it’s ti we put ourselves to the test.”
Arya stepped forward confidently, a smile blooming on her face as she nodded eagerly. “We’re ready whenever you are. Honestly, we’ve all been eagerly anticipating this.”
Emilia, standing elegantly beside Arya, chuckled softly, her voice gentle yet decisive. “She’s right. We’ve prepared diligently. There’s no reason to hesitate now.”
Kale, leaning casually against one of the tall pillars, gave Orion a reassuring nod, his usually reserved eyes filled with determination. “Exactly. We’ve made significant progress. It’s about ti we demonstrate it outside these walls.”
Felira smiled lightly, calmly stepping forward as well. “Let’s do it. Training in controlled environnts has its limits. Only through true exploration can we truly grasp our strengths and shortcomings.”
Nyss rely inclined her head silently, her cool gaze filled with subtle anticipation. She stood calmly with her weapon in hand. Her silence alone spoke volus—she was more than ready to test herself.
Elias, grinning broadly, dramatically stretched his arms overhead with exaggerated enthusiasm. “Finally! If we train any longer, I might just lose my mind. I need adventure, action, so excitent to keep alive!”
Sylvia, calmly finishing her stretches, stood poised and composed, a faint smile on her lips. “Indeed. We’re all waiting for your word.”
He nodded approvingly, his dual-colored eyes bright with excitent. “Then it’s settled. Let’s head out imdiately.”
The group swiftly gathered their belongings, each equipped for the upcoming journey. Orion confidently led them toward the mansion’s exit, where Lucan had thoughtfully prepared a large, luxurious carriage to comfortably accommodate everyone.
At the carriage stood Eldric, Selene, Fiora, and Rina, their expressions filled with warmth and gentle concern as they prepared to send off Orion and his friends.
Eldric approached first, placing a strong hand gently upon Orion’s shoulder, his voice firm yet caring. “Rember to be cautious out there, lad. Adventures have a habit of becoming more dangerous than they first seem. Especially the place you are going.”
Orion smiled warmly, placing his hand reassuringly atop Eldric’s. “I understand, Grandpa. Rest assured, I’ll take good care of everyone.”
Selene stepped forward next, her eyes filled with maternal affection and subtle pride. “Take care, dear, and watch over each other. We’ll be awaiting your safe return.”
“I promise, Grandma,” Orion replied softly, offering her a reassuring smile.
Fiora and Rina quickly approached, their eyes shining brightly with excitent yet mixed with a touch of anxiety.
“M-Master, please stay safe!” Fiora exclaid earnestly, clutching Orion’s hand lightly, her voice filled with warmth. “I’ll be w-waiting eagerly for your r-return.”
Rina nodded firmly, her gaze calm yet gentle. “Yes, Master. Do not push yourself excessively. Return safely and quickly.”
Orion squeezed Fiora’s hand gently and patted Rina’s head, warmly reassuring them both. “Don’t worry. I’ll return soon.”
With final goodbyes exchanged, Orion boarded the carriage alongside his friends. The comfortable interior was spacious, offering everyone ample room to settle comfortably as the carriage began moving forward steadily.
As the mansion slowly disappeared into the distance, Orion finally turned his attention toward Lucan, who sat outside the carriage window together with Edgar at the driver’s seat, wearing a mysterious, mischievous smile.
“Alright, Brother Lucan,” Orion began carefully, curiosity clear in his tone. “You promised you’d find us an exciting place to explore. So, where exactly are we headed?”
Lucan’s smile broadened into a confident grin, his eyes glittering with barely contained amusent as he turned around and slowly replied, voice filled with intrigue and anticipation. “Young Master, I managed to find sothing quite… unique. How would you feel about exploring—a lower world?”
