Capítulo 1110: City-Living
“Hey, is that a new building?”
Two bright green dragons stopped in midair over Tehom’s most populated city.
Bright, flashing lights, nurous billboards, and indescribable wonders were as common as rocks on the ground.
This city was a cultural jewel. Full of art and culture, with festivities and sights spilling out of its nose.
Almost everyone in Tehom has either thought about living here, or tried to, but it’s not that easy.
To keep the place from becoming too overpopulated or crowded, residency is managed through a random lottery system.
As wonderful as the city is, so dragons do move away. So believe that eventually they’ve seen everything there is to see and move away to sowhere a bit quieter.
But now, there was a fancy new building here that was definitely not present yesterday.
“Think it’s another kind of entertainnt building or production facility?” The male dragon asked his partner.
“It’s possible, but I think we already have enough of those… let’s see.”
The dragon focused his eyes on a sleek, impressive, thirty-story building.
Crystal-like glass and a bluish-black tal combined to make the building look like so sort of luxury high-rise.
But that couldn’t be the case. Getting the paperwork done to build a residence here was next to impossible for at least the next five hundred years.
This building was even directly overlooking a glittery blue ocean. It’s value was trendous.
The dragon focused his gaze beyond the walls of the building and peered inside.
It seed this place hadn’t erected any privacy barriers just yet, so he could see inside quite easily.
What he saw shocked him. It really did look like soone’s residence.
And then he laid eyes on sothing unbelievable.
Two recognizable children were sitting on the sofa watching a shared tablet.
All of a sudden, the smaller one, a young boy looked up at him and made direct eye contact.
And then just like that, the dragon could no longer see anything at all.
“Doug? Doug!”
The dragon shook his partner after catching him as he plumted from the sky. Bubbles of foam spilled from his maw as his jeweled eyes rolled around in his skull like loose marbles.
“Hey! What the hell is wrong with you, you’re acting like-”
Suddenly, the dragon saw soone walk up to the house. By the looks of his hat, he was a simple delivery person.
He walked up to the front gate and pressed what looked like… a doorbell?
It took only half a second, and then the door opened.
When the dragon saw who answered the doorbell, he too fainted and began foaming at the mouth.
He awoke with a start, back at ho in their shared bed.
He tried to open his eyes, but a yellow sticky note covered his vision.
Removing it from his forehead, he read the writing inscribed and imdiately passed out once again.
It’s not nice to peek. Next ti co by and say hello instead. Xoxo! – Zahara

“Pizza’s here!”
Odessa and K’ael forgot all about the show they were watching to keep themselves occupied and ran towards the sound of their mother’s voice.
The house still had a rather empty feeling, but with everyone already lingering around the kitchen island, it was almost possible to pretend no one was missing.
Almost…
“This place is coming along beautifully, Ayaana.” Imani smiled sadly. “I only wish that Ashmodai was here to see it.”
Ayaana had been floating around the room like a fairy and leaving furniture and decorations in her wake. She hasn’t even co to eat.
But when she heard Imani’s sincere words, she paused and looked over her shoulder at her green-haired mother-in-law.
“It will be such a wonderful place to co ho to that he may never want to leave again. You have my word.”
Yara and Imani believed her. Now, they were just hoping that the mont would co quicker.
Zahara started getting paper plates for the children as Karliah swooped in and stole a whole box for herself.
“So, we’re living here now, huh? Never really took us for a city-living bunch.”
“The house can be moved anywhere we want, Mother. If we beco uncomfortable, then we can always move back.” Ayaana reasoned.
“Yeah, yeah, so you say… but couldn’t you have at least moved us next to a good b-”
“You’ve already visited every brothel in Tehom, I think they could use a break from you, mother.” Ayaana rolled her eyes and went back to working.
Karliah laughed confidently as she patted her vagina through her tights. “That’s true! This kitten may not be in her pri, but she still knows how to make prey run for their lives.”
Gulban looked the abyss walker up and down in disgust. “…Are you sure you’re a woman?”
Karliah punched him hard in the jaw and sent him flying.
With Ayaana’s newly built ho designed with greater fortifications in mind, even Karliah punching full force couldn’t put a dent in the walls.
That didn’t an Gulban couldn’t smash into photographs though.
“Hey! I just hung those!” Ayaana roared.
“Sorry, kid. Couldn’t help myself.” Karliah shrugged.
In all honesty, Ayaana thought she could only bla herself. She should have hung things while keeping in mind the likelihood of a standard Karliah outburst.
“Anyway, I guess I don’t really need a brothel for a while.” Karliah hooked her thumb over her shoulder. Gotta be nice and filled up for when I get my hands on this bitch’s hot son and his hotter wife. ”
Nyx slamd her fist on the table and growled in anger. “I told you to stay away from those kids, she-beast! If you ruin my son I will chase you unto the ends of creation!”
“Aww, don’t be jealous, baby. You know you don’t have to chase .” Karliah winked.
“My son is already going through sothing and you are the very last thing he needs!”
“You know, everyone says that until they’ve had once or thrice. Including you, I recall.”
“Eww…”
Ayaana recognized sothing deep within her beco repulsed. If Bekka were out, she’d probably start gagging.
Abaddon was cutting up slices of pizza into smaller bits so that K’ael could more effectively gum them down. “Malachi and his family are too young for you. And too innocent…”
“Those are the ones who are the most fun to corrupt.” Karliah swooned.
Beside her, a quiet Igrat nodded her head in solidarity.
“Doesn’t matter anyway, Mom, you can’t leave ho.” Ayaana reminded. “So keep all your pervy fantasies to yourself please.”
Karliah gasped. “What? Why?! I thought you said demon dickhead was dead!”
“I said I hypothesized that he was dead. I know nothing for sure.” She corrected. “Besides, even if he is dead, if Lucifer has regained control over the demon faction then you’re still in danger.”
“That whiny little ass wipe couldn’t do anything to . Gods, you must be on your period or sothing the way you panic over every little damned thing.” Karliah sneered.
Ayaana stopped halfway through making a television stand.
Abaddon and Zahara preemptively covered their children’s eyes and ears.
Slowly and thodically, Ayaana walked over to her mother with her eyes glowing bright enough to light up a black realm.
“I’ll spell this out for you in a way that even a blockhead like you can understand.”
“Who the hell are you calling a-”
“Percival was in our house. He was inside Ziz’s body. He had unlimited access to Ziz’s mories, which naturally contained a whole lot of information about us.
aning that he knows you are one of exactly two people in creation who has access to a brand of magic that Yesh outlawed trillions of years ago.”
Ayaana grabbed her mother by her collar and brought her close.
“Think for two damn seconds in your life about sothing that isn’t a warm mouth. If Lucifer has seized control, if he has his son’s mories, he will likely send demons after you next.
Your power can literally topple the balance between the factions if they get your blood, or worse, capture you. So for a mont, I need you to act like you care about sothing other than getting your old rocks off. Stay. The fuck. Ho.”
Abaddon put a seal over the silverware drawer just in case soone was about to get stabbed.
Karliah smiled like a demon.
She whipped her head forward and stamped her skull into the bridge of Ayaana’s nose.
The dragoness didn’t even budge.
“Are you done?”
Karliah’s smile faded and she no longer looked interested. She turned her head to the side and blew a gust of hot air out of her nose.
“…Pipsqueak.”
“That’s what I thought.”
Ayaana put her mother down. Karliah, no longer in the mood, left the kitchen in a hurry.
Ayaana watched her go with a sad and angry look in her eye. Even her children weren’t this damned stubborn about things she asked them to do.
“A-Anyway…” Abaddon tried to change the subject quickly to spare the family so awkwardness. “Are you ever going to tell us how you know where Hastur is?”
Ayaana, after taking a mont to calm herself, started to speak when Zahara suddenly interjected.
“Nope, we can worry about all of that nasty stuff later. For now, let’s just eat lunch and then figure out what we’re going to wear tonight.” She bead. The positivity radiating from her was overwhelming.
Abaddon turned his head. “Are we.. going sowhere?”
Zahara smiled even wider. “Yup! Rember what you promised ?”
“Ummm…”
“We’re going to a club!”
Abaddon’s brain broke into two.
