Li Ang didn't look at the factory below, but turned his face to look at the boundless clear sky through the window where the rooftop and the wall were connected.

"All the Sky Knights aiding the Empire in the City of the Ship's Rudder are committing the sa cris as the Empire. They should no longer be judged by the Order Sky Knight Corps but should be directly exterminated."

"Okay."

"Then, Rams and his cronies should also disappear from this land."

"Don't worry, it will be so. Rams used old favors to manipulate ; in my heart, he's already been sentenced to death."

Morales placed his hand on Li Ang's shoulder: "As for making a move against the City of the Ship's Rudder and , the Fellowship of Fortunate Stars will not stand aside. We will be involved in the resistance against the Empire."

luna stepped forward, resting her delicate chin on Li Ang's shoulder.

"Uh, what's this?" Xiaomo didn't understand the woman's actions.

Li Ang sighed inwardly. He knew that this was one of the two actions she used when seeking him. Compared to grabbing his shoulders on both sides and lifting him up, this one was much softer, indicating that her mood and intentions were gentler.

Perhaps, she was comforting him?

Before, while his team mbers were around, he was fully preventing luna from getting close, but at this mont, he relaxed his guard because of the past recollections.

If it were in the past, he would usually carry her on his back and then et her demands.

Li Ang wanted to walk away from her side, but heard luna say, "I'll help you cut them down."

Xiaomo laughed silently, yet did not doubt that this female swordsman could actually do it.

"No rush."

Li Ang cald down: "Since their conspiracy is underway, they won't leave the City of the Ship's Rudder for the ti being. Attacking directly now would alert them, not to ntion we don't know how much power that Annihilation Star Soul can unleash—"

"With the blue-haired woman not around, not much."

luna implied that with Ivynis absent, she was currently capable of dealing with Jenoside.

"I also don't suggest attacking now; we can't annihilate all the enemies below." Xiaomo said.

Outside the factory, there were about six or seven Annihilation Knights, and roughly the sa number maintaining the inside, plus the Annihilation Star Soul, three mbers of The Soul Apex, and patrol soldiers stationed in various places.

Li Ang nodded: "With luna going fierce, it might just level out."

"Right... wait, are you saying your woman can..."

Xiaomo stared at luna who was lying on Li Ang like a playful big dog, then looked at Li Ang, as if confirming whether he was serious.

In the past, Li Ang wasn't sure either, but seeing her stats through the system panel, combined with her understanding of the Empire's forces, he judged to be roughly accurate.

"Indeed, we can't go in directly. We need to clarify the situation with your partners and other factories first."

The arrangents of Imperial Influence and The Soul Apex mbers in the other eleven shipyards were unclear, and acting rashly would alert them.

Li Ang and Xiaomo decided to scout other places next.

However, before leaving, Li Ang had to perfect the cleanup operation after infiltrating, and when the chief researcher walked to a less crowded place, he hid with Xiaomo's help and employed Spiritual Driving in front of him.

He implanted the suggestion to the researcher head that "you haven't lost an Annihilator Mutant," and left a backup with the suggestion "I'm an apostle from another place of the Empire, follow my orders afterward."

With the Seer Pendant, the simplicity of this suggestion exceeded Li Ang's expectations.

Then, the three of them reopened the door and exited the main dock of the Sky Fla Shipyard, reconvened with compatriots from the Shadow Factory, and went to explore other places.

Previously, the difficulty for the Shadow Factory and Xiaomo in investigation either stemd from the High Tier forces of the Empire being able to detect his movents, insufficient strength to silently eliminate sentinels, or defenses being too tight to infiltrate.

Now, Li Ang and luna's power could solve the forr issue, and his Curse Art could address the other challenge.

The rest of the day was spent traversing the remaining eleven shipyards.

Including the Sky Fla Shipyard, five shipyards had clearly pledged allegiance to the Empire, each defended by nurous Annihilation Knights and Annihilator Mutants. Their mbers moved relatively freely and were all involved in the construction of Imperial Battleships.

However, apart from an Annihilation Star Soul's Rift inside the Sky Fla Shipyard, the other four had none. The Annihilator Flesh required by their battleships was transported from the Sky Fla Shipyard.

The remaining seven shipyards were under coercive control, primarily governed by The Soul Apex mbers.

Rams had invested significantly, with Boliya, Fres, and Kleem all temporarily gathered at the Sky Fla Shipyard. Normally, each would oversee a shipyard, but Li Ang saw four main mbers of The Soul Apex at these seven shipyards whom he didn't recognize, indicating that the team had updated personnel after he left. He identified them based on their attire and accessories.

The main Soul Apex mbers, accompanied by flamboyant but weak subsidiary mbers, coerced shipyard employees to work using the lives of their families and themselves as leverage, and Xiaomo's team mbers were imprisoned in these shipyards.

With Li Ang and luna's help, the reconnaissance of enemy situations over the day was remarkably smooth.

Returning to the Shadow Factory, after eating, Great Engineer Loken gathered so core mbers and initiated a strategy eting with Li Ang and the others.

Loken shook hands firmly with Li Ang, "Thank you for your help. When this is over, we will fully assist in building your ship, ensuring you get the most satisfactory vessel of adventure."

"It's only right." Li Ang responded politely.

When he went to check underground earlier, most of the lumber had been cut and started being arranged for assembly. However, the blessing of the Star Soul of the Creation Tree was too strong, causing them to continue growing, requiring additional chanical treatnt before assembly, making the process slower than assembling a regular wooden ship.

However, this also ant that once the ship was constructed, it would be seamless, and even without installing Monster Material armor, it would be far sturdier than ordinary vessels.

Everyone shared the information gathered by Li Ang and Xiaomo, simultaneously digesting and offering their perspectives.

"Twelve shipyards, they must have first seized control over their leaders to secretly command such a vast range." an engineer noted.

Loken concurred with this colleague's observation. Having personally traversed today, Li Ang also felt the vastness of the twelve shipyards, as they essentially occupied the pinnacle of the spindle-shaped island body of the City of the Ship's Rudder.

Even the local experts of the Shadow Factory believed that the Empire had used the five shipyards led by the Sky Fla Shipyard to invite the leaders of the other seven for discussions, then had The Soul Apex mbers and Annihilation Knights seize control of them together.

This likely was completed before the Double Eagle Helm Festival.

"Double Eagle, I've always felt sothing familiar," Dorothy suddenly understood, "That was the Imperial Family's emblem a colleague once showed ."

"Why didn't you say this earlier?" Zoe asked.

"How could I have rembered, my mind was on our captain—"

"Don't say any more, thank you." Li Ang stopped her from continuing.

Dorothy whispered, "We also have two others here who know more about the Empire, they didn't notice either."

She was referring to ii and luna. Li Ang understood that in the latter's case, she might not have paid attention to such 'decorations' during her rampage across the Empire. However, he couldn't figure out why in ii's case.

When everyone looked at ii, her cheeks reddened, and she angrily said, "I, I didn't see it either?"

The white-haired girl raised her hand atop her head to illustrate: "I'm this tall, the crowd blocked my view completely."

Uh, due to her reincarnation, everyone had stopped considering her as just a young girl and indeed overlooked this point.

"Alright, that's not the focus. What matters now is how do we counterattack." Li Ang stated.

Loken pondered for a mont, then whispered, "Even if we don't have enough manpower, the best plan is still a simultaneous attack on all the shipyards to achieve the best effect."

"If we need extra manpower, the guild might help." Xiaomo suggested. It's only been two or three days since the Empire and The Soul Apex attacked him. Without knowing their plans or the extent of their lurking forces, he hadn't contacted the guild yet.

Naturally, the Order Flower Sword Corps knights guarded the local area, and upon learning the situation, they could also send support from nearby islands.

"That's certainly good, but ti is tight, and to avoid alerting them, the reinforcents should be few but strong."

Even with guild support, coordinating an assault on all twelve shipyards might still strain manpower.

"Then how about we first rescue people from those seven shipyards before striking? I have an idea." a voice suddenly said. Everyone looked over, discovering it was Reed Huo Zui.

"You're still here?"

"Of course, I'm here to witness sothing."
