Zoe held Li Ang's hand, pointing around the entirety of the Holy City.
At the magnificent do, the visitors arriving here were all tourists and newly arrived Sky Knights.

The young girl was pointing at the Council Tower of the Sky Knight Guild. Besides the Gate of Brilliance, it was the most noticeable structure in the city. The surroundings of the council hall are completely open, allowing participants to see the entire city and the sky beyond at any ti.
As if to underscore the nobility of the Knight Resolution Council, when the tower was built, the strongest artisans and mages of the ti were invited to collaborate on its construction, deliberately creating it to pierce the clouds.

At the highest point of the shield, at the edge where the clouds of the Demon Disaster Realm are dispersed by the natural brilliance of the material dinsion, wild chaotic magic within the clouds generates thunder, which the shield entirely blocks.
Due to the assault of the Magic Thunder, the typically transparent shield constantly transmits energy, allowing city dwellers to continually witness the arcane light on the enormous shield covering the island, becoming the third wondrous sight of the Holy City.

Li Ang smiled at them, fully understanding their reaction; anyone visiting the Holy City for the first ti would be awe-struck, even if forewarned about the scenery.
Such a scale of engineering might have been constructed in ancient civilizations, but among existing cities appearing like miracles, only Vitas, the Holy Capital, stands. This white city was constructed through the coordination and organizational capabilities of the Sky Knight Guild.
"What about those three towers?" Andasu asked.
After viewing the Council Tower and the arcane shield, the beast-eared maiden shifted her attention to the three surrounding, shorter, more expansive tower-like buildings encircling the Council Tower.
They aren't nearly as tall as the Council Tower, making them seem more like its steady foundations.
Li Ang pointed to the westernmost one and said, "Guarding the western shadows, it is the Order Sky Knight Corps Headquarters, the highest-level Hall of Order. Besides hosting senior officials from the four major aerial realms and organizing and distributing work, it is also the headquarters of the most powerful Order Corps."
"The strongest?" White Wolf and Zoe were curious about this.
"Apart from the Order Fla Corps, Frost Heart Corps, Flower Sword Group, and Sandstorm Corps, the last sub-group is responsible for maintaining the order of the Holy City and other Pioneer Islands. Due to the perilous Magical Disaster Realm, they handle far more matters than other groups.
"Before all major independent celestial groups undertake strategies, they explore, identify, and assess the crisis situations and classifications of each Desperate Secret Realm, forming preliminary plans.
"They are called the 'Order Investigation Corps.'
The young girls were committing this term to mory, and Li Ang continued:
"Besides the leaders and each captain being in the Excellence Realm, the other four Order Corps primarily train newcors, but the Order Investigation Corps is abundant with masters. Those four groups combined are roughly equivalent to a celestial group in the top ten, but the investigation corps alone has the capacity of a celestial group in the top ten. They do not, however, appear in the guild's ranking."
"Have you interacted with them?" Dorothy asked.
"Of course, any strategy towards a Desperate Secret Realm or secret realm is communicated through them as interdiaries. The guild, in principle, does not endorse exploring desolate realms that the investigation corps has not begun to explore."
"Wouldn't anyone go secretly?" Zoe asked.
"Celestial groups also grow for profit; unless necessary, exploring alone could incur massive losses. No one wants to take such risks."
After explaining the Order Sky Knight Corps, Li Ang pointed to the second of the three towers.
"The Sky Knight Order Hall, containing personnel responsible for liaising between the guild and the Sky Cavalry. It can be considered the highest-level guild office. All matters concerning the Sky Knights can be handled here.
"There are many eting rooms inside; celestial groups permanently stationed in the Holy City also rent them for etings."
When Li Ang last left before departing to The Soul Apex, he walked out from this tower, the Knight Hall.
"Can we rent it too?" Zoe asked.
"Possible, but unnecessary."
Li Ang glanced at the four of them: "We are too few; a single hotel room is enough."
"And convenient for you to do bad things," Dorothy added.
Li Ang glared at her, and she imdiately looked elsewhere, pretending nothing happened.
Shaking his head, he introduced the third tower.
That is the territorial organization hall, entirely staffed by public officers, a place ordinary people won't visit. The guild coordinates and gathers information for all of Nebis, analyzes internally, and relays response and developnt instructions across the sky.
