200: Chapter 133: The Downfall of the Gu Family 200: Chapter 133: The Downfall of the Gu Family As for who exactly was behind it, it was no longer important—the Gu Family had already been marked as her enemies!

Gu Xiaoxi pushed the door open and entered; the design of the guest room was quite exquisite.

She walked over to the small sofa in the room and sat down, then took a handheld computer out of her small backpack.

The closer she got, the more control she had over the data in other people’s computers.

She wanted to know every single piece of data in the Gu Family’s computers.

Gu Xiaoxi’s delicate face gradually beca solemn, the computer resting on her knees, her fingers dancing rapidly over it.

About half an hour later, Gu Xiaoxi’s pale fingers assertively shut down the computer.

All the data theft was dealt with.

She didn’t know if she had gotten all the Gu Family’s data, but this information on drug trafficking and the company’s money laundering records was enough to shock the entire country of Y.

As for how things would end, she didn’t know, but it was enough to give the Gu Family a run for their money.

Just as Gu Xiaoxi had packed up her computer, there was a knock at her door.

Imdiately after, the door opened, and Gu Yunshan stepped in, dressed in a beautiful gown, taking large strides towards Gu Xiaoxi.

She reeked of alcohol, haughtily lifting her delicate chin, staring at Gu Xiaoxi and sneering, “The daughter of Gu Lirou, although not her biological one, you do have a pretty face indeed.”

“Looks are innate; you can’t envy them, Auntie.

Besides, I’m still young, definitely prettier than you,” Gu Xiaoxi said with a squint and a light laugh, her expression as innocently guileless as ever.

Every word reminded Gu Yunshan that she was old and couldn’t compete with her.

“You!” Gu Yunshan never expected to be choked by Gu Xiaoxi, montarily at a loss for words.

“What about ?

Auntie, my mother inherited my grandmother’s beauty.

It’s not your fault your mother wasn’t as pretty, hence you’re not as beautiful…

Even though you were jealous of her and hard her, you still weren’t as pretty as she was,” Gu Xiaoxi said with her arms crossed, exuding a touch of indifference and coolness from head to toe.

She stared at Gu Yunshan with a sharp gaze, like ice arrows, as if wanting to dissect her.

Gu Yunshan was about to explode with anger, bellowed, “I did not kill her!

Aside from father, no one else could mobilize Mo Shang.”

Great!

Surprise and rage filled Gu Xiaoxi’s sparkling eyes.

So that was it.

At that mont, Gu Yunshan realized she had spoken too rashly in her agitation and hastily corrected herself, “Your mother’s death was purely accidental.

Father only sent Mo Shang to check on the situation.”

“Oh!” Gu Xiaoxi lowered her voice and gently flicked a strand of hair from her forehead, “Fifteen years ago, you fell down the stairs and were in a wheelchair for five years.

Because of that, my mother was driven out of the family.

Tell , was that a trap you and your mother set up?

Was the intent to drive out the legitimate daughter of the house, to allow you, the bastard, to take her place?”

Gu Xiaoxi’s tone was decisive, every word deliberate—each sentence, the truth!

Gu Yunshan’s eyes suddenly widened, unable to believe that Gu Xiaoxi knew all of this.

What was her purpose for being here?

Suddenly, Gu Yunshan realized that Gu Xiaoxi was not as simple as she appeared on the surface.

What exactly did she co to the Gu Family for today?

“Gu Xiaoxi, what exactly is your purpose for coming today?” Gu Yunshan’s voice rose a notch, her eyes full of wariness as she thought of turning around to look for a weapon.

Gu Xiaoxi’s red lips curled up, she strode forward, and slapped her hand on Gu Yunshan’s shoulder, “What do you think I’m doing?”

In the astonished gaze of Gu Yunshan, she lifted her hand and knocked her out with a punch.

Gu Xiaoxi quickly packed up her things and then headed down the stairs.

She went out the back door, circled around to the backyard, where she lit a few pieces of clothing on fire and threw several magnetic beads into the garnts before striding towards the front gate.

Under the moonlight, her figure was graceful and outstanding, complenting the golden splendor of the palatial mansion behind her.

She stood in the shade of a tree close to the front gate, looking back at the resplendent estate.

In her hands, she would end all of her mother’s past grievances and hatred.

It was done, the dying wish of my mother.

The ceramic beads would explode when subjected to intense heat.

The explosion in the back garden would scare away all the guests and servants, to avoid injuring any innocents.

While the Gu Family mbers were busy with evacuating the crowd, the fire would spread from the back garden into the living room, and then ignite the ceramic beads in the bottles, causing an explosion in the living room.

This would destroy the entire mansion that the Gu Family was so proud of.

She had not co with the intention of killing anyone this ti.

Tis had changed; she was no longer just an individual.

She had a soldier’s identity, and even without her uniform, she couldn’t just take it upon herself to punish others.

She had stolen all of the Gu Family’s incriminating transactions, and just by sending the files to the international anti-drug task force and other important international agencies, she wouldn’t need to lift a finger for soone to step in and arrest the Gu Family mbers.

She didn’t need to worry too much; the gates of Hell were already open for them.

Her goal was to destroy the Gu Family.

Suddenly, flas shot up in the back garden, and the sound of the explosion affected the banquet hall.

The music stopped abruptly, and everyone present started screaming and fled towards the exits in panic.

After the explosion, the flas started to spread, heading towards the grand living room.

The Gu Family mbers were thrown into chaos in an instant.

Gu Xiaoxi stood under the shadow of a few ornantal trees at the Gu Family’s main entrance and then waited for the guests to swarm out, before she quietly blended in with the crowd and squeezed her way out of the Gu Family’s gates.

At this point, Gu Baofeng, Xiong Zhu, Gu Ruicheng, Gu Ming and others were caught off guard by the situation.

Unable to extinguish the fire, they could only evacuate the crowd quickly.

By the ti the crowd was evacuated, the fire had already spread to the nearby banquet hall.

On the stage, the ceramic beads within the bottles overheated and finally went off with several loud “booms,” leading to a larger explosion.

In a mont, the Gu Family ho beca a sea of flas.

Gu Ruicheng, leading the elders, made a quick retreat and, upon seeing the sea of flas, was so shocked and frightened that he fell to the ground in a daze, stamring, “What… on… on earth is happening?”

The banquet that had been so orderly just monts before turned into chaos as the house exploded.

It was like a dream; no one had yet co back to their senses.

Gu Ming had a bad feeling, and if he rembered correctly, Gu Xiaoxi was still upstairs.

Once the house caught fire, anyone inside would surely not survive.

“Where’s Yunshan?” Gu Ruicheng suddenly ca to his senses and cried out in alarm.

“I saw mom go upstairs!” Gu Ming said.

Just then, Mo Shang jumped down from the window on the fourth floor, holding a woman in his arms; it was none other than Gu Yunshan.

“Yunshan!

What on earth happened?” Gu Ruicheng asked in a panicked voice, rushing forward to embrace his wife.

Gu Ming felt his heart sink to the bottom, and he looked up at Mo Shang asking, “Did you happen to see Gu Xiaoxi?”

Mo Shang shook his head, “After the fire started, I was worried there would be people upstairs, so I went to search each room and found Madam Gu unconscious in Miss Gu’s bedroom.

Miss Gu had already been missing for a while.

Moreover, Madam Gu was knocked out in the bedroom where Miss Gu had been.”
