Han Yichen and An Yue only focused on each other while the rest were attracted to Nie Yunfan. As such, not many people noticed the brief exchange between Zhao Youlin and Mu Tingfeng.

However, even though the people around Zhao Youlin had not noticed them, it did not an that the rest had not realized either.

Just when Zhao Youlin and the rest of her group were paying attention to Han Yichen and An Yue, a figure had quietly walked inside the dessert outlet and sat at a corner that was hardly visible yet able to hear Zhao Youlin’s conversations.

Ye Yan had overheard Zhao Youlin and Mu Tingfeng’s conversations. He also saw Mu Tingfeng wrap his arm around Zhao Youlin’s waist with a strong sense of possessiveness.

On top of that, Zhao Youlin did not refuse Mu Tingfeng from touching her like she used to before. It looked like she had compromised with him.

Ye Yan felt like his eyes had been stung. A trace of resentnt and depression abruptly sprouted in his heart.

‘Only the feeling of… resentnt and depression?’ Ye Yan seed like he suddenly thought of sothing. He slowly stretched out his hand and touched the area on his left chest.

Apart from resentnt and grievance, he actually had not felt much pain.

When he recalled being rejected by Zhao Youlin in the past as well as learning that she and Mu Tingfeng were getting back together, all sorts of emotions swelled in his heart. Ye Yan had figured out various ways and sent nurous people to conduct an investigation from the shadows. Yet, he still could not find out the person whom he had spent the night with.

If not for the people from the bar of the hotel confirming to him that the person who sent him back to the hotel room that day was indeed a girl, Ye Yan would have thought that he had a wet dream out of his own imagination due to prolonged emptiness and loneliness.

Who exactly was that person?! Ye Yan narrowed his eyes dangerously. He unwittingly clenched his hands and the next mont, he relaxed his clenched fist. While Zhao Youlin and the rest of her group had yet to notice him, he quietly sneaked away.

At the sa ti, on the other side of the Shalnork, the main culprit, whom Ye Yan had gone through lots of trouble and tortures to uncover, had just walked out of the hospital in a daze and sat in her car. She was holding a test sheet which she had taken out of the hospital.

Su He stared blankly at the test sheet in her hand. Doctor’s words with a hint of a smile still echoed in his ears.

“Congratulations, Ms. Su! You have been pregnant for more than two months. The baby is gradually taking shape. The reason why you lose your appetite and had nausea recently is because of your pregnancy. With your physique, your pregnancy vomiting would beco more obvious in the next period of ti. These are normal phenona. You don’t have to worry too much. Pay attention to your diet in your normal days and eat less…”

The doctor had also said sothing else. But, Su He already could not rember clearly her remaining words. The mont the doctor stated that her recent nausea was not due to a gastrointestinal problem and was instead a typical pregnancy vomiting, her mind had completely gone blank.

‘I-I-I’m… pregnant?!’ Su He was very terrified. She caressed her still flat belly that was carrying a child inside, the child that belonged to her and that man!

To her surprise, after they heard her words, they locked gazes with each other before Duan Yarong and the forr master let out a bark of laughter. Zhao Shunrong, on the other hand, even though he did not smile, the hint of embarrassnt and helplessness obviously appeared in his eyes.

Zhao Youlin was puzzled. She cast a glance at the three and asked, “Mother, Grandpa, what are you laughing about?”

Duan Yarong looked up at Zhao Youlin. The next mont, she moved her gaze to Zhao Shunrong. She seed to recall sothing before she burst into laughter again.
