Leon Keane frowned, he originally didn’t want her to worry about this matter, yet she still discovered it.
"Leave it to , I will help you solve it."
"You know GK is in trouble?"
Ivana Monroe looked at Leon Keane, her expression so calm, without a trace of surprise, he certainly knew about GK’s troubles long ago, but just didn’t tell her.
Leon Keane remained silent.
His silence, to Ivana Monroe, was an admission.
Ivana’s eyes reddened slightly, why? Why hide it from her? Not tell her? GK is the legacy her mother left behind. After she was hard by Michelle Monroe, it fell into Michelle’s hands for a while, almost going bankrupt. She fought hard to reclaim GK, bringing it back to life under her charge.

If she had gotten online earlier and checked Twitter regularly, she would have known right when GK got into trouble.
Ivana dialed Jacobs.
"Iv... Ivana..."
The voice on the other side sounded very surprised.
"GK is in trouble, why didn’t you imdiately call to inform ?" Ivana directly asked.
"Ivana... I..." Jacobs stamred for a mont, then said, "I was wrong."
He didn’t explain anything, just admitted his mistake. Obviously, soone had conspired with him to keep it from her!
Ivana didn’t want to pursue Jacobs’ mistake because if soone had told Jacobs she was hospitalized, Jacobs would be very anxious and worried, and would follow soone’s arrangent.
"How is GK now?" Ivana asked, "Jacobs, tell the whole truth, I already know most of it. I won’t hold you accountable for keeping it from before, but if you keep hiding from now, you can stop coming to work tomorrow."

Ivana listened.

Jacobs sounded very enthusiastic. With so much happening recently, actually, employees’ emotions have all been affected, male employees are okay, but especially the female employees.
Their families have been advising them not to work at GK anymore, their honor and lives are more important.
These recent incidents, including female employees being sexually harassed by thugs, have had a big negative impact on GK.
Besides, the thug responsible for the harassnt hasn’t been caught yet. Police checked the surveillance, which showed a bearded middle-aged man in a large winter jacket.
But no such person was found in Ravenswood, which ans the beard on the middle-aged man’s face might be fake, he disguised himself just to harass GK’s female employees.
The goal was to undermine GK.
The sinister intention of such people is terrifying.
If GK’s employees really leave because of this, who would dare to work at GK in the future? GK could beco a nightmare in people’s minds.
Jacobs actually considered calling Ivana, such a situation really requires Ivana to take charge and give everyone so confidence, but Leon Keane ca to him and told Jacobs about Ivana’s condition.
Jacobs trembled with cold sweat when he heard that, realizing those people were not only undermining GK but had nearly killed Ivana.
Jacobs begged Leon to protect Ivana well, not telling Ivana about the GK matter was part of that.
Leon instructed him not to ntion her accident in front of Ivana even after she was discharged from the hospital.
Jacobs kept that in mind, wanting to voice his concern for Ivana before hanging up, but restrained himself, afraid Ivana might catch on to sothing.
Ivana hung up the phone and then lifted the bedsheets, moving her legs slowly to get off the bed.
Her gaze was resolute; she wanted to train her legs quickly to be able to be discharged.
Leon Keane reached out to support her: "Take it slow."
He really worried about her falling.
Leon didn’t stop Ivana from making the call because he understood her character. Since she found out, even if he wanted to hide it, it wouldn’t stay hidden for long, better to let her make the call to ask Jacobs directly.
He already handled the GK situation quite well.
So, after Ivana finished asking, she’d feel much more relieved.

Leon smiled. If Aunt Golding wasn’t there, he’d really want to kiss her; her lips glistened like transparent crystal jelly, tempting.
Ivana lay on the bed, thinking about what Jacobs told her, she looked at Leon beside her, and said, "Leon, um... thank you."
Leon froze montarily, suddenly understanding sothing, raised an eyebrow, "A sincere thank you needs to be genuine."
