Ivana Monroe walked out of the ergency room as the old man finally began the surgery.

People outside were unaware.

Jean Shaw and Adelaide Monroe surrounded Ivana, raising their chins smugly.

"What did the old man say to you? Did he ntion anything about property distribution?"

"Let tell you, Ivana, don’t think just because the old man dotes on you the most, you can monopolize all his assets. My Lucas is the only grandson. If there’s going to be a distribution of assets, it should be Lucas who gets the most."

"Second Sister-in-law, you’re wrong to say that. Nowadays, n and won are equal; both sons and daughters have the right to inherit their parents’ assets. Your Lucas is from the grandson generation. Even if assets are distributed, they should be divided among us four siblings first, not a junior."

"Exactly, Third Sister is right. Young ones have no share. Second Sister-in-law, don’t be too greedy. Let’s divide the old man’s assets fairly and not let these petty things ruin our sibling relationships."

Adelaide Monroe spat, "What equality between n and won? Can sons and daughters be the sa? A married daughter is like spilled water. Your children’s surnas have changed, and yet you want to co back to fight for property? You two are really shaless."

Kimberly Monroe was instantly furious, "Adelaide Monroe, who are you calling shaless? Do you believe I won’t tear your mouth apart?"

Adelaide Monroe looked provoked and said, "I don’t believe it. Co and tear it! If you dare touch today, see if your second brother lets you off, little bitch."

Kimberly was provoked and lunged at Adelaide.

Naturally, Adelaide fought back, and the two of them ended up grappling together. Jean Shaw viciously kicked Kimberly, causing Kimberly pain and losing ground, while Adelaide grabbed her hair and slapped her twice.

"Stop fighting. The old man is still in ergency care. Stop it," Butler Chaucer stepped forward to intervene, but it had no effect. Adelaide was completely ignoring him and got even more vigorous in her attack.

Jean Shaw sneered inwardly, seeing Sylvia Monroe coming over to help Kimberly, she grabbed Sylvia and mocked, "The old man’s assets are always passed on to sons, not daughters. You two married ladies better scram if you know what’s good for you; don’t make a spectacle of yourself here."

Sylvia said angrily, "Jean Shaw, don’t forget, you also raised a daughter. Excluding daughters from inheritance, and yet you hold the old man’s assets without leaving any descendants. To put it frankly, you’re a curse for the Monroe family with no offspring to carry on."

Jean Shaw, furious, raised her hand to slap Sylvia, "Bitch, you dare call a curse?"

Ivana, holding Timmy Monroe, moved aside, watching these people fight over property, she sneered coldly in her heart.

Even her father and second uncle.

Two grown n stood there watching their own sister being beaten, and actually remained indifferent.

Adelaide suddenly scread in pain, as Kimberly had fiercely scratched her face, while Adelaide’s hands pulled out a handful of Kimberly’s hair.

"Stop!" Julian Monroe saw his wife hurt and ca over quickly, holding Adelaide in his arms, glaring at Kimberly, "She’s your second sister-in-law, and you hit her so hard?"

Kimberly, eyes red with anger, shouted at Julian, "Second brother, you only saw hitting her, but didn’t notice her hitting ? Look at what she’s pulled out — it’s all my hair."

Miles Monroe, an eighteen-year-old lad, saw his mother hurt but didn’t say anything because his mother had beaten Third Aunt even harder.

"Boo hoo... Husband, look at Third Sister; she’s disfigured my face. How will I go on living now? Boo hoo hoo..." Adelaide cried in Julian’s embrace.

Julian, feeling sorry for his wife, reprimanded Kimberly, "Third Sister, quickly apologize to your second sister-in-law."

Timmy’s soft, childish voice spoke to Ivana, "Mommy, are they like dogs biting dogs?"

Ivana laughed aloud, they truly were.

Ivana frowned, seeing Julian angrily rushing to hit Kimberly.

She suddenly spoke in a low voice, "Grandfather is not dead yet, and you’re all fighting here over property. You look utterly disgraceful."

A few onlooks who had co over to witness the commotion, hearing Ivana’s words, sighed. Children fighting over property physically was common, but arguing at the entrance of the ergency room and getting into a fight was rare.

These unfilial children, the old man raised them, might as well have raised a dog.

At this mont, hospital security also heard the commotion and rushed over, seeing four elderly won with disheveled hair, like lunatics, all with facial injuries, the guards frowned, showing great disdain for the family.

"Isn’t the person inside the surgery your loved one? You’re causing a ruckus here and even fighting; are you intentionally trying to kill the old man?" a security guard asked sternly.

"What’s it to you? You watch dog, you poor bastard security guard, why do you interfere?" Jean Shaw despised security guards ever since she was hit by one at The Sovereign.

She couldn’t stand the security guard at all.

The onlookers couldn’t listen any longer.

"This old woman dresses decently. Why is her character so low?"

"There’s no distinction of high and low in jobs; security guards deserve respect too."

"She’s just an old hag, inhuman, only able to bark. Security guard, shoo this old hag away."

Jean Shaw shook with fury upon hearing soone call her an old hag and pointed at the person, "You mongrel, who are you calling an old hag?"

"Enough, stop talking, shut your mouth," Caleb Monroe warned Jean Shaw lowly.

Jean Shaw helped Adelaide fight with his two sisters about property, Caleb Monroe wasn’t stupid; of course, he would side with Jean Shaw.

But Jean Shaw’s uncouth behavior toward security guards, toward the onlookers.

This embarrassed Caleb Monroe; if people he knew heard about it, wouldn’t he beco a laughingstock among his friends?

Finally, the entrance to the ergency room quieted down.

Upon learning the old man was saved, though it seed the surgery was taking a long ti, Julian’s family were the first to express they had matters at ho and left.

Kimberly and Sylvia received phone calls one after another and also left.

Leaving Caron Shaw’s family alone.

Jean Shaw and Michelle Monroe stared at Ivana and the Timmy in her arms with a malicious look.

"Mommy, Timmy wants to pee," the little boy said, frowning.

Ivana took Timmy to the bathroom, she put him down, and walked into the won’s restroom.

As Ivana had just walked in, a woman pounced on her from behind, pushing her onto the sink, grabbing her hair and pressing her head down.

Another woman imdiately slapped Ivana hard.

"Ivana Monroe, you bitch, you dared ruin my daughter, and destroyed her completely. Today, I’m going to ruin your face, so that you too can experience being spat upon, mocked." Jean Shaw’s voice was manic, she spoke beside Michelle, "Michelle, take out the knife and scratch this bitch’s face. Use all your strength to vent all your humiliation on her face."
