2593 What Happened to the Two of You?

The God of Fools’ words caused the expressions of all the mbers of royalty to change drastically. All of them now looked floored.

What? From what the God of Fools said, he saw them as his servants!

This was completely the opposite of what they usually said during imperial etings. Normally, even if they did not an what they said, they would still put on an act. But now, they had not even bothered to do that.

As top experts of the main world, none of them were willing to bow their heads to anyone else.

Any one of the Freedom Federation’s mbers of royalty could start their own federation elsewhere and enjoy the treatnt of a king. There was no need for them to be the subordinates or servants of soone else.

Although the Mirror God and God of Fools also showed signs of having such attitudes, they were never obvious about it.

Becoming subordinates to the Mirror God and God of Fools could be acceptable if it brought substantial benefits. However, the reality was that aligning with them would likely lead to them monopolizing all advantages. They might even refuse to share resources they had no interest in. Thus, striving for their favor seed pointless.

But regardless of what they thought, there was not much point in it.

Given all that the Mirror God and God of Fools had already done, there was no way that the rest of them would be allowed to leave the Freedom Federation.

Na Na stood frozen. She dared not show too much movent in front of the Mirror God and God of Fools.

Previously, Na Na always felt that the Goddess of rcy had been unable to differentiate good from bad. Although she had to endure so discomfort, she did not need to oppose the Mirror God and God of Fools.

Now, Na Na was experiencing the emotions the Goddess of rcy once felt. This suffocating sensation tempted Na Na to reproach the Mirror God and God of Fools, mirroring the actions of the Goddess of rcy.

However, upon observing their expressions, Na Na hesitated to offer any resistance.

When the Mirror God saw how the rest of them reacted to his forceful thod, he felt he had been too gentle in the past. There was no need to be gentle with these ungrateful creatures.

The God of Fools did not ask the kneeling mbers of royalty to stand. Instead, he carried on with the imperial eting.

“I called you here because I need to tell you about an important decision. Later, all of you will remain hidden around the entrance of the Class 6 marsh dinsional rift. I will imdiately strike when Chef Supre and Iron Prison erge from the entrance. The rest of you will be in charge of taking down the other spirit qi professionals from the Radiance Federation. Kill as many of them as you can!”

Li Yang had been the one who communicated the Mirror God and God of Fools’ orders to Chef Supre and Iron Prison. He had already guessed that the Mirror God and God of Fools would attack Chef Supre and Iron Prison.

Chef Supre and Iron Prison’s demands were excessive. The Mirror God and God of Fools seed unwilling to part with them, planning to regain the resources after appearing to surrender them.

Li Yang had anticipated an attack from the Mirror God and God of Fools but hadn’t foreseen their intent to eliminate the 5,000,000 spirit qi professionals of the Radiance Federation. This decision was ruthlessly calculated.

Those professionals numbered in the millions. Killing them would label the Freedom Federation as treacherous, forging an enmity with the Radiance Federation that could never heal.

In the past, when Li Yang still considered himself a mber of the Freedom Federation’s nobility, he might have obeyed the Mirror God and God of Fools’ commands to uphold the Federation’s dominance.

But now that he wanted to leave the Freedom Federation, he did not want to make an enemy of the Radiance Federation.

If he really did what the Mirror God and God of Fools wanted, the Radiance Federation would seek him out for revenge even if he fled from the Freedom Federation!

But given the current circumstances, Li Yang had no choice but to continue kneeling on the ground alongside the others and act as though he was willing to follow the Mirror God and God of Fools’ orders.

The Mirror God looked at the kneeling mbers of royalty. He felt that his past thods had been wrong. He should have discussed with only his brother and kept all the other mbers in the palm of their hands.

They would never receive any opposition if they held imperial etings like this! All they needed to do was make the decisions themselves!

“Go prepare. Chef Supre and Iron Prison have been inside for more than a day. They’ve either failed in their negotiation and been killed by the marsh Dictators, or they’ll co out soon.”

Once the Mirror God and God of Fools were done speaking, they began leading the group to the entrance of the Class 6 marsh dinsional rift.

The other mbers rushed to follow. Na Na was the only one who was still rooted to the spot and did not leave imdiately.

The Mirror God and God of Fools had already decided to take control of them. Even if she did not follow their orders instantly to rush to the entrance, the worst-case scenario would be them becoming displeased with her. But they would not actually touch her.

Na Na walked over to Ka Ma’s seat and circulated her spiritual power to collect the ashes.

After she was burned up by spirit fire, there was not much of her left. The ashes that remained did not contain any real part of her, and Na Na only did so out of grief and sentint.

Although they were not on good terms, they had still known each other for more than a century.

When she looked at Ka Ma, she felt as though she was getting a glimpse of her own fate.

Na Na placed the pile of ashes in Ka Ma’s favorite strawberry garden before heading to the entrance of the Class 6 marsh dinsional rift.

When she arrived, she saw that Chef Supre and Iron Prison had just walked out from the Class 6 marsh dinsional rift. They had pained expressions on their faces.

The Mirror God and God of Fools hurriedly walked up to receive them.

The Mirror God’s brow furrowed deeply when he saw their expressions. He almost thought that their negotiation with the marsh Samsara Realm Dictators had not been successful and that they had failed to secure the ti for the Freedom Federation.

Nonetheless, the Mirror God asked, “What happened to the two of you?”

The Mirror God prayed that Iron Prison and Chef Supre had managed to help the Freedom Federation out of their crisis and gained that year of ti. Otherwise, this attempt at negotiating might lead the marsh Dictators to think they were weak and induce them to launch an attack on the Freedom Federation.

Without that year of ti, there was no way that the Mirror God and God of Fools would be able to secure sufficient resources.

When Chef Supre heard the Mirror God’s question, he started reciting the script he had already practiced, “We held up our word and successfully solved the Freedom Federation’s problem! The Radiance Federation suffered a great loss in helping you grant your request. All of our people were taken as collateral. Many of them have already lost their lives!”
