Absurd City had another na—Absurd Prison City.
This enormous city, utterly devoid of a moral compass, was ho to hundreds of thousands of Beastn.
Over half were Wandering Beasts, outcasts from their tribes. The other half were rootless beasts, abandoned by females. And mixed among them was a small contingent of Demon Beastn, hiding their true identities...
Unlike the common tribes of the Beast God Continent, here females held the lowest status, forced to live like the most wretched of slaves.
They had all been abducted by Wandering Beasts, forced to beco tools for sating their carnal desires and venting their rage.
Nearly every day, females died tragic deaths, unable to endure the endless tornt.
This city of absurdity was devoid of love and emotion, leaving only a carnival of the basest desires. In Absurd City, where there were no moral constraints, the Beastn lost all control and completely transford into the most primitive of beasts.
They recklessly unleashed their inner darkness; the more stimulating the act, the more it ignited their fervor.
They despised females, so they did everything in their power to trample and torture them. Male Beastn didn’t just force females to mate; they also took turns mating with other males. So even crossbred with wild beasts... In Absurd City, such sights were commonplace.
A tall, handso, silver-haired Beastman had climbed a tree. His fingers curled around a branch, his gaze grim as he witnessed one grotesque scene after another.
His high vantage point stretched his view to its limits.
More sordid images flooded his vision, defiling his eyes. Ling Hong turned his head away, but the streets below were teeming with entangled bodies, regardless of gender or species... He could only squeeze his eyes shut, feeling as though the very air he breathed was turbid and filthy.
Once the soul and mind beco corrupted, one will madly seek the primal pleasure born from the collision of two bodies.
"Damn it." With a rustle of leaves, the figure in the tree vanished. Ling Hong soon arrived at the corner of a deserted alley.
This place was free of the debauched Beastn. However, before he could settle down to close his eyes and rest, a piercing scream caught his attention.
"You have sothing good and you dare to hide it away instead of offering it up to us? You deserve to die! You arrogant bastard!"
Five or six vicious-looking, burly Beastn had cornered a scrawny Beastman. The smaller Beastman was curled up in the corner, trembling and clutching sothing in his hands.
One of the Wandering Beasts, as burly as a bear, tried to snatch the object from his hands. But the scrawny Beastman refused to let go, so the Wandering Beast simply ripped his arms clean off, the item still clutched within them.
"AHHH—!!"
A torrent of fresh blood sprayed across the ground. The scrawny Beastman scread as he collapsed, every muscle in his body convulsing in agony.
Even though the arms had been torn from his body, the hands were clenched so tightly that the Wandering Beast couldn’t pry them open. In the end, he had to break the finger bones one by one.
Clutched in the blood-drenched hands was a reddish-gold Crystal Stone!
"You little scavenger, what corpse pile did you dig this out of? To think you’d actually find a legendary Mutated Crystal Stone!" The Wandering Beasts’ eyes glowed with greed, their expressions a mix of madness and excitent.
With this Crystal Stone, they could purify their diocre bloodlines and be reborn. If they succeeded in awakening an Advanced Bloodline, they might even break through and beco a legendary King Beast!
The armless, scrawny Beastman writhed on the ground like a maggot, his mangled, bloody body twisting as his face contorted into a mask of pure hatred.
’Aaaargh, I can’t accept this! This was a legendary Mutated Crystal Core! I spent half my life scavenging, and I finally, *finally* dug it out of a pile of corpses!’
’With this Crystal Core, I could have finally escaped this weak, diocre body and beco a powerful Beastman! And then I would have crushed all these Beastn who bullied underfoot and tortured them to death!’
But before he could claim it for himself, he had been targeted by these predatory Wandering Beasts, who cornered him in this deserted alley to bully him.
"You still dare to look at with such hatred? I see you really have a death wish!"
The Beastn of Absurd City followed one principle to the letter: eliminate a threat completely. The burly, vicious Wandering Beast swung his fist down hard, smashing the scrawny Beastman’s head to pulp against the wall.
A spray of brain matter, blood, and skull fragnts splattered across the ground.
Ordinary cities and tribes strictly forbade Beastn from killing one another. But Absurd City had no laws, no moral constraints. Here, killing soone was as easy and casual as slaughtering a wild animal.
