The small convoy of luxury cars certainly attracted a lot of attention as it passed through the busy streets of Hanyang and it made everyone on the street curious about the people inside.
Following that, the convoy turned towards a small and dark alleyway just enough for a car to pass through and monts later, the convoy stopped before a small establishnt.
"Why did we co here of all places?"
"To see an old friend of course"

Genesis and Monk just got out of the car, but when the forr saw the place they stopped at, his heart sank and just as he wanted to go back to the car, the driver of the car imdiately stepped on the pedal and left him behind, and Genesis could only watch the convoy slowly leave the alleyway with a dumbfounded look on his face.
"Let's head in, I just want to sleep right now"
"No! Let's go to the other place! Just why did you book our accommodation here!? There's two branches here, just why here!? Are you asking to die!?"
Angered and terrified, Genesis aggressively walked forward and pulled Monk back by his shoulder then grabbed his collars as he angrily yelled at his face, but Monk on the other hand just wore a nonchalant look on his face like he didn't even care about Genesis' literally yelling at his face..

"It's just Silver Fox, what are you getting scared for?" replied Monk as he smacked Genesis' hands away.
"Shut up, the two of us didn't break up under good circumstances so I have always been avoiding her ever since, and now, you've actually brought us to her place! You are such a dastardly friend!"
"And that's why…I got kicked out of the temple because I'm such an as*hole"
Genesis was already on the verge of exploding in anger, and anwhile, Monk just gave him a shrug of his shoulders as it wasn't really his intentions for the two ex-lovers to et under this circumstances, but because Silver Fox is just more reliable than the other person managing the other branch of the organization in the city.

"Well, well, well, if it ain't Glen. Oh wait, it should be Genesis now, right? Such a pretty na for soone like you"
In the heat of the mont, a cold voice mixed with a playful tone of a woman suddenly interrupted their "warm" hearted conversation, and when Genesis heard it, he quickly got chills down his spine.
Genesis slowly turned his head around like a robot, and with a stiff smile on his face, he said, "S-sun Bin, fancy seeing you tonight"
"Well, I suddenly feel awful after seeing your face"
Hearing her words, Genesis's face suddenly beca gloomy and with visible anger on it, but since he's a little scared of Silver Fox, he didn't say anything and just maintained that forced smile on his face.
On the other hand, Monk, who finally got his collar freed from Genesis, walked over towards Silver Fox with a smile and clear happiness on his face.
"Sun! How have you been?"
"Well, as you can see, I'm still doing fine. Though I should be asking you that since it has been a few years since we last saw each other. Though looking at you, I assu that the others are also good and all?"
"Yeah, we're good, and did I ntion that Randy now had a girlfriend? He even has daughters now, well, step daughters to be precise"
Ignoring Genesis who was standing and watching them from a distance all by his loneso, the man and woman chatted enthusiastically with each other like how two gossipy housewives do.
"No way! Will it be fine though? Especially when there's a troubleso bastard lurking around?" Silver Fox said while she threw a quick and obvious glance towards Genesis by the end of her sentence, clearly hinting at sothing.
"Anyway, let's continue this tomorrow, it's late. Let show you your accommodation tonight"
"You know, you really didn't need to personally show up to welco us"
"What are you talking about? You're my senior, welcoming you is the least I could do"
The two of them walked inside the establishnt, and when Genesis was about to follow after them. Silver Fox stopped and turned towards him with a frown.
"Who said you can co in?"
"What? Stop being so unreasonable woman. You might be the manager of this branch, but you don't own the place"
Her sudden words imdiately made Genesis halt in his tracks, even Monk who had been nonchalant about their interaction until now was also a little taken aback as he wasn't expecting that she'd till try to pick on Genesis, and what she said next just made it even worse as he slowly broke out in cold sweat.
"And your point is? I'm the manager of this place and I have the authority to kick anyone I don't like. I'm not breaking any rules, and more specifically, both you and Monk are already retired mbers and letting you guys still use our facilities was already being generous. Of course, it's also because I'm friends with Monk and I owe him lot"
"And you? You're just that idiot ex boyfriend that I regret hooking up with, and it seems like you've grown so pair at least"

Angered to the bones, Genesis pointed his finger at Silver Fox and angrily yelled at her, and the latter was also clearly pissed off as both of them soon started exchanging verbal insults!

"Dead at!? Well, at least you have enjoyed my at countless tis! Also, you've tried to kill many tis, but you always failed every ti! You s*ck, b*tch!" Genesis fired back at her while spitting on the ground, his initial fear from earlier had long gone as he was clouded with anger!
